It needs you to use a jb kernel... Is you boatloader unlocked? If no then Rom can't be installed...

Its simple, have you unlocked it??
if yet...and you want to do this with all risk try to do this
Press dial phone
*#*#7378423#*#*....when it said Bootloader unlock : yes
Its mean u can unlock your bootloader..then go to this tutorial, remember you will avoid your guarante, but after that you can flash any amazing custom ROM...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=12873655
Or if just want to keep on stock..I suggest you to reflash the stock rom/firmware..follow the instruction carefully..
EDIT : sorry..just forgot that u get bootloop
So just doing last step : reflash the firmware...

Hi -
I read a lot of threads on how to upgrade the Xperia ZL to Android 4.2.x prior to posting this. My phone is now "rooted" and has the "ClockWorkMod" recovery properly installed. I would say all the procedure about the upgrade was carefully followed!
The problem is the final step, the Xperia ZL does not reboot at all. The process say it should take five to 15 minutes for the first boot, in fact I left the phone overnight at this stage but nothing happened.
Many procedure tried with the same result and I always end up restoring the phone from back up to the original version.
Here are some info if it helps:
Xperia ZL - Model C6502
Android v - 4.1.2
Build Number 10.1.A.1.434
ClockWorkMod v6.0.3.0
Flashtool v0.9.11.0 - used for rooting
I would really apreciate if you can help me flash the Android v4.2
Regards,
Dennis
There's is no 4.2.2 upgrade for ZL

friends i have sony xperia pro with unlocked bootloader and rooted also.. i recently installed super jelly bean rom in my xperia pro.. with super fusion kernel.. everything is perfect but after that i installed cm11 dark kernel.. then my phone does not boot up.. when i try to go for recovery blank screen appears with blue color led.. plz tell me what to do..? reply fast plz
Flash super fusion kernel again with the help of the flashtool as that was the last kernel u used before cm11 kernel
And by the way the reason why you got stuck with bootloops is because u are using kitkat (cm11) kernel on jellybean ROM... Try only jellybeans kernel on jellybean ROM
