Hey everyone I'm @ my wits end here, changing it boot animation has never been THIS complicated for me . I'm trying to change the boot up animation to the Digital Rain Matrix Animation w/ Boot up Sounds. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=43437133
And I spent over 4 hours trying recommended methods and install locations for the sound and animation, well eventually it got to the point of me losing BOTH the stock HTC AND Verizon animations, and phone started booting stock android animation... Eventually I got lazy and used Rom Toolbox Pros boot animation feature to overwrite the stock animation in system/media, but now I have no shutdown animation so. I'm probably gonna restart with my newest nandroid. My question is , has anybody with our phones (Verizon) figured out exactly how to get the Boot up music to play correctly? ANY help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED
I paid for this boot animations program, I can't get the Sprint yellow boot animation to come up. I thought I threw out the Sprint one I system /media. Help please.

Even with a boot animation that won't be removed, it's not part of the boot animation sequence
Thank Google, it was their idea a couple of iterations ago, all unlocked phones do it now.
