Are you booting into recovery mode correctly ? Hold home and volume up and then hold power until it flashes...then let go

Yes the only thing happen i saw tje samsung logo for 2 secondes and the phone vibrate and the screen turn black
Since I'll assuming you flashed rooted firmware, you need to access recovery to wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache in order to proceed. Which root method did you use?
Recovery mode: Vol up + home + power. When your device vibrates, release only the power button

And if it doesn't work you can force it into downoad mode by holding down the power. volume down and power key without the battery and then putting in a micro usb cord plugged into the computer. Then put in the battery. Thats the hard way haha
Or get into recovery and clear all cache and factory reset.

Which Odin did you use?
I've been using the one from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1822308 and never had issues.
Gotta make sure you download the one for Rogers.
So you successfully got it into download mode and flashed the stock rooted rom with no issues?
If so then you need to wipe data from and cache in order to eliminate the bootloop.
Again, recovery is: Vol up + home + power. When your device vibrates, release only the power button

[Q] Stuck in bootloop, cant access recovery mode.

Samsung Galaxy S3, SGH-I747M, Rogers
I used Odin to root my phone with root66_RWC_I747MVLDLK4.tar.md5 (followed instructions properly) about 8 times so far, wont boot past Samsung logo. Odin says the load was successful each time.
I read somewhere to try using Odin to load CF-SGS3-v5.5.v1.0.tar and booting into recovery mode, but it wont work either.
I have no idea what else to do, cant get to recovery mode, cant get past Samsung logo. (Living in Canada on Rogers)
Followup Edit: After loading the root66 through Odin again, I noticed I was booting to recovery incorrectly. Thank you xBeerdroiDx. "After you successfully flash, unplug your device and pulled he battery. Replace it and immediately press Vol up + home + power. When your device vibrates, release only the power button."
Did you flash a custom recovery?
You managed to root the phone. But you still have to flash a custom recovery to get it to boot up into recovery.
There is both CWM and TWRP files to flash thru Odin

Flash the dlk4 again. Untick auto reboot in ODIN. After you successfully flash, unplug your device and pulled he battery. Replace it and immediately press Vol up + home + power. When your device vibrates, release only the power button. Of that gets you into recovery mode, wipe data and cache. Reboot

DAMN I was doing the buttons wrong. Just mashed them all together and held until something happened, which took me to the normal boot. Thank you!
Cheers, buddy

[Q] Can't get into recovery after rooted and flashed CM10

I rooted my Galaxy S II t989 and used goo.im to install the recovery program (whichever it found compatible with my phone) and Cyanogenmod 10. I flashed CM10 from goo.im, and the phone backed up and rebooted to the the cyanogenmod screen. It was stuck there forever (over 30 minutes), so I pulled the battery and tried to get into recover mode, but no dice. I can't get to recovery mode, and it just goes back to the cyanogenmod screen.
When I hold volume up, down, and power it'll flash the "teamwin" blue screen, but then just go blank and if I keep holding volume up, down, and power, it'll just pulse the vibrator every second until I let go (forever if I just keep pressing). When I let go, it just goes to the cyanogenmod screen.
I'm kind of at a loss here, and I'm afraid of bricking the phone. What can I do?

I think I figured out how to get into recovery. If I take the battery out and start holding the buttons before I put the battery back in I can get into recover. I am now flashing stock. But if I couldn't get into recovery or download mode how could I flash anything with Odin?

The easiest way to get into recovery is to shut your phone off, press volume up and down buttons and power. When you feel it vibrate let go of the power button only.
For download mode turn off, press both volume buttons and plug phone into computer.

How timely, I thought I had seen something weird before with releasing the power button.
Thanks.

S2 Stuck @ Samsung

I updated adaway and know the phone is stuck at the samsung boot logo. Tried going into recovery but phone wont go to recovery mode . Could be because of the sticky power button issues ?
What are my options here reinstall stock rom . I had slim beam installed with TWRP recovery. Tried these steps 2) Hold down home, power, and volume UP , phone vibrates and then its back to the samsung logo.

Hold volume up and down, press power button until it vibrates and let go of power button only. This is for T989. The procedure for T989D is different.
Using Odin and installing stock Rom manually
Hey, it sounds like you have the same problem i had. What i did to fix it is download the stock ROM for my phone and download Odin. The i reinstalled the rom ontu the phone and it worked fine. Just look uo how to do this for you type of phone included moded for example i had a tmobile samsung galaxy s2 t989.
Phone was fine for few days , restored it with odin now same issue. Phone shows samsung loho and nothing happens . Not sure whats causing this or its the not good build quality of of these phones..

Yet another bricked tablet

I rooted my tab-s 10.5 the other day, I used Odin 3.10.6. I then used flashify to add TWRP, again no problems. From there I really don't remembered what I did to it, but now it is stuck at the white logo that comes after the colored one and now it will not turn off I can get into the Odin menu but that is all. I have let it discharged all night then charged it then I turned it on, it then got to the logo and stopped & will not shut off . I am tempted to send it to Samsung(even though I voided the warranty) and let them fix it. I am at my wits end on this.

White logo? Samsung logo or Galaxy Tab S logo?
I assume Samsung logo. Anyway you can force reboot by holding power+home button + BOTH Volume up and Down buttons all at the same time until the screen goes black. Then quickly press the recovery button combo and restore your backup.
Now if your at the Galaxy Tab S logo, hold power+home button+ both volume buttons until the screen goes black, then press and hold Power+Home+ Volume down buttons then that should get you into download mode. From there flash your firmware.

The download mode is what I thought was called Odin mode which I can get to. The thing is I do not have a firmware. I looked at several sites for one but I did not know which one to down load. They were for other countries but the US..

Heres the T800 lollipop firmware https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347760201
I mirrored it so the download should be fast. It's U.S region
So I should use Odin to load the firmware, right.
Thank you DUHAsianSKILLZ very much, it worked. I about panicked there for a moment when it took awhile to boot. It looks like all of my apps are still there, I only had to reset my wallpaper. Thanks again.
IF I decide to reroot my tab-s(and it's a big if) what file do you recommend and what recovery file.

I usually don't recommend flashing twrp with flashify as it causes some problems but most times don't. I use this tutorial (by me lol) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=59638836 and had no problems so far installing twrp + rooting.
The problem you could of had that gave you the bootloop is that you might of hit something I don't know. I tend to only use the recovery to flash roms and hardly ever for backups (takes to much space). I just keep a custom ROM on my sd card since most of my things are backed up into the cloud.
Or you could use this, root and twrp in one:
