Well, it is a known problem to ALL music players. make sure there are no pictures in the folder where your music is, then once that is done reseet the "media storage" in all applications and also perhaps reset the music player, after this do a restart

Hey firstly thanks for helping.
But I have done accordingly to whatever you have said but it didn't worked. Even I have deleted the image from my gallery.

You may need to use a powerful file manager that shows hidden files, then delete the files that aren't music files where you music is. Apart from that then download sd maid from google play, there are a lot of options there. Delete the .thumbnails and then do the step I gave you again in my 1st post

I have installed the app. Deleted album thumbs and music data frm com.android.provider media and com.google .music .
Cleared music player data from application manager but still not worked plz help if am missing something.

Samsung Video Player problem.

Hi,
Samsung Video Player can not "see" video files in SD Card. Any other installed video player can see them. If I move a video file from the SD to the main storage, Samsung Video Player can see it. Could not find a solution.
Thank you in advance

That's an app. If you haven't used it then it is some other problem.

You could copy ur songs on ur sd that should not be a problem. This is an ongoing issue with many Samsung devices. Alt work around place ur songs on ur sd and check, as it worked for me

audio apps

are there any audio apps that automatically scan for new music on the device allowing me to listen to a particular album without including erroneous songs stored ?
everytime i download a new album, i go to the folder location, open up one song via music player hoping that when i press the "next" button it would goto the next but it seems i always have to open every individual song.
i have used music player, play, spotify, winamp and haven't come across an app that makes allowing listening to albums easy.
am i doing something wrong? trying to find an app that will give me a windows media player or itunes experience when listening to music.
thnx
Try Poweramp o music folder player!
