creating own custom rom

hi ,
Wondering if i can create a custom rom of my own for galxy s i9000.....
please give me complete steps as how do i go forward

Stock firmware?

i got the xylon rom and the bugs arw auck a freakin pain i decided to go back to stock. could someone help me out and point me the cortect direction to re lock and unroot.

note 2 toolkit v3.0.0 wont unroot my device

My note 2 wont unroot. Ive tried so many times and my phone still says its modified. Please help.

I downgraded my phone using the way described on this website from 4.12 to 4.04...
Now i want to update it OFICIALLY but no updates are available on samsung kies and in about phone
Help needed plzzz

You are in the wrong forum here, your phone is a Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 so flashing anything you find and flash here will brick your phone.
This XDA forum is for the Tmobile T999 Galaxy S3 phones.

anyways i knw how to fix it, by Flashing the stock rom via ODIN. But I JUST CANT! Because.. I Live In Lebanon And There Is NO Firmware For Note 2 GT-N7100 On Sammobile.com
I Know your gonna say i CAN Flash other country's firmwares but I Heard That I Need To Change CSC Using An App From Play Store. BUT THE PHONE IS UNUSABLEE!!!!!

ask the moderator or something..don't know....not on a pc ryte now or check the thread tools if you can delete..or report it and explain you need it to be deleted as it's a duplicate
