[Q] Notification light.....

Is there a way to get the notification light to blink all the colors it gives me as far a options b/c it only blinks red & no other colors? I have went through the stock text app, handcent, email to change the settings but they all blink as red.

I tested this yesterday and recommend Light Flow from the market.. there is a lite version that's free and you can test out the LED light. We only have Red, Blue, and a combination of both of them that looks like Magenta. You have to set it to Green in the app for Magenta..

I saw another post on this, but couldn't get it to blink at a regular rate. No matter how I changed the flash led setting, it would stay lit for a long time and eventually blink, only to resume again. Do you have settings that allow it to flash quicker?

I tried the light flow app which it worked to get the light to flash but none of the colors worked but some how it disabled my email notification light.

Try Light Flow or Light Manager.

Led notification light fix!

For those who are having problems with the notification light not working, i have found a fix. Its called led notifier on. My led now notifies me.

[Q] How to make LED stay on even when screen is on?

Any idea how to get the notification LED blink even when screen is on? (By app/mod). Im currently on cloudyg3 2.5, using lightflow, as soon as screen gets turned on, LED will stop blinking, then will blink again when screen is turned off if the notification is not cleared.

Interested in this as well. I did this on my Galaxy S4 using Light Flow and have not gotten this to work on G3 yet.

Tried several stuff:
LED ON (xposed)
Gravity Box (override default messaging app settings)
Notify clean (turned off led notification of messaging app, then use lightflow's)
None works

notification led not working any more

guys, i didnt get the exact moment when it stopped working and can only speculate about what caused it, but my notification led isnt working any more. nothing triggers it. not whatsapp, not gmail...
is there any way to test it or tune it without relying on third party apps?
im on stock taimen with flash kernel, systemless xposed and gravity box.

I dont think it ever has??? Isn't that why we have always on display and dont need notification light?

It definitely works. I use the app Light Flow - LED Control to customize my LED. Maybe try that app with charging light and see if it turns on when charging. Make sure you have blink light turned on in apps and notifications --> notifications --> Blink light.
