[Q] new touchwiz

the touchwiz ripped from the galaxy s III is pretty cool and a lot better then the stock one on our phone! i would use it for more then the one day if it work with the DPI @ 160 >.< .... what do you guys think do you use it? have you used anything else from the galaxy s III?
also could we flash it?!?

It's got cool animations. A ics style app drawer.. folders... I think it looks better than tw4 since our screen is pretty damn big.

I was using s voice but I'm blocked (again). Any work around other then the build.prop? I'm using the resigned apk

considering the fact that the gs3 is being launced with ICS, yes, you need ICS.

Hi. But this TW launcher can't be used in ICS with AOSP. It's true???

Looks pretty much like the stock ICS launcher w/ the 5 column tweak and a different icon for the app menu.

Nope won't work unless someone puts a ton of work into it. Needs a ics tw rom.

I downloaded the 4*5 one. I didn't flash, I put the lib file in system/lib and copied the system/app files, fixed permissions and reboot. I needed to make a bit of room in 'system' and I wouldn't bother trying calendar as op says it forcecloses. Launcher runs silky smooth though - my new favorite.

It looks like there are only 5-8 persons in this forum at the moment with this device. Btw i dont own this device. I am having galaxy sl. And our thread of home-screen posting is here.

The first one says "no need to delete the odex file," so I'm guessing it would. Just make sure to make a backup before you try!

It's in there. Settings/look and feel. Here's a screen shot. I talked to the developer who creates apex launcher and he's going to add it on next release. Getting to like nova! Awesome looking mod!

evil1art, this weather widget looks excellent, the best I have seen, I just wish I could use it with my phone.
I have an S4 too and right now I am using the stock MDL rom which I already rooted but it's odexed which means this widget will not work for me.
What is the best and easiest way to deodex my rom without having to become a developer? LOL

This will work great on International Octa-Core S4?
Though International S4 seems to have diff system block. So No?
("ext4", "EMMC", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p20", "/system");
and Tmobile one is mmcblk0p16. Yes?

I'm running an AT&T S4 - Rooted Stock.
I extracted the .zip pulled the AccuweatherPhone2013.apk file, renamed the original file in /system/app, put this one in it's place and set permissions. I left the .odex file there and the widget is working perfectly.

Hey guys. I made a mod that allows you to select whatever widget you wish for your lockscreen. It allows home screen widgets and lockscreen widgets. Some home screen widgets may not work perfectly but most should. Don't forget to hit thanks
This is for STOCK BASED TOUCHWIZ ROMs!
If you find this breaks a specific ROM feature, just let me know VIA PM and i will fix it for you. (I ask via PM cause i sometimes miss peoples posts)
If you are running Wicked's ROM use the "WICKED" version. (thanks @elflip88 for the file)
Just flash attached zip in recovery and profit Btw, don't forget to hit thanks

Its not compatible then. Gonna have to give me your android.policy.jar file found under /system/framework directory. Send me a PM with the download link.

If you have no file sharing site i can give you my mediafire drop folder. (allows you to upload to it)

How am I supposed to enable it? Or it only work with slide lock screen?
