Those Weird Squares that replace the text also appear in the to status bar replacing the carrier time and battery percentage. Please tell me how i can disable it

Hi guys,
i tried themeing my Galaxy S in a transparent style and come to following problems.
If i open the notification bar the date will appear left on the statusbar and the background becomes darker than the rest. The other problem is a grey divider on the lockscreen i cant get transparent. It also appears everytime if theres an item listet in the notification bar.

The degugging notification grey background , could be linked to the image above ? Also the Icon background thats bluey/grey on the left hand side.

I have a problem with my notification bar. The bar has another bar super-impossed and it's totally inelligeable. I've contacted Samsung and they don't have a clue as to what's causing this distorsión. If anyone else has seen this issue, please let me know and hopefully we can figure out a fix.

I have a problem with the razer kishi. When it's attached, I can't pull down the status bar. I don't want to cut kishis's rubber pad, so if you guys know a way to edit the sensitivity area to expand the status bar I'd really appreciate it. This only happens on miui based roms. The phone is rooted.
