Is there a way to install old games like Modern Combat 2 on new devices like the Nexus 4 (rooted) allthough it is not compatible conferring to the play store?

I guess you Google the game, the GPU of the phone you want to play the game on and put apk on the end.

Here is a simple answer to anything from touchwiz or sense: No.
Complex (somewhat) answer: It requires the touchwiz or sense framework which is extremely hard to port to other devices. If there are other apps that do the same thing, use them. Its more time and sanity efficient.
its just that I had it on my s2 running aokp and I thought aokp didn't use touch wiz?
