I have a Google now question... It has a card that shows me the estimated time to work, but it's not where near my work (like in another city). I've been through the settings and I can't seem to update it. I think I just don't understand Google now

You'll need to flash it or use root explorer to replace the old one in /system/app with the black one.
Alternatively, you could use mysterys theme, open it up, and delete all apks but googlequicksearchbox.apk.

Fix permissions
Make sure you only have one apk in there, this one has a G at the end.
Reboot
It may or may not be transparent for you, most likely it's inverted, let me know.
The downloads will say transparent, depending on what rom you're on, you tell me.

My problem is, I'm using a transparent theme, so I can't be sure it's transparent for all. Post screenshots of any issues.
