There is this pretty cool new launcher I found on G+ the other day. It's called Everything Home. It's in beta and still has a long way to go as far as having the customization of say Nova launcher.
The basic concept tho is cool. All you do is say what you would like the look of your phone to turn into.

Like I said, it was just released at the Play Store a few days ago, and missing a lot of features most of us are used to to use as a daily launcher but it's fun to mess around with and free.
Just now checking out Atom Launcher. Lotta features.
This is how the look comes stock.
Atom Launcher also has this Atom Store. A screening shopping for Themes....
Kinda like a Theme engine with the launcher.
Sweet....

I found SwipePad on the market and i think it was a wonderful app so test it your self and se. SwipePad is similar to other apps on the Market such as Power Strip and QuickDesk in that it gives you quick access to a set of custom shortcuts from wherever you are-- in an app, in settings, etc.-

Thanks for the tipp. Works great! Can be verry usful.
I use SwipePad and also QuickSwitch (assigned to the left user key) and can multitask so much faster
It is interesting and runs very well from any app. But I must say whenever I install something like this its cool to use but I never fully adopt it lol. Same thing with the lockscreen gestures... its cool.... but I never pick it up lol maybe I just dont adjust to change very well.
The swipe to activate, release to select make it a very smooth efficient way to multitask.
I know people get excited when new roms come out but since not a whole lot is going on I thought I would share another launcher that I found on the Market. Its always good to try new launchers to make your phone feel new and fresh. I found this tonight and I am really impressed. Innovative slide up dock and more. Check it out. Tell me your thoughts.

I just realized that I posted this in the General section, if someone feels it needs to be in the Themes and Apps sections I don't mind if the MODS move it.
looks nice
i ll give this a try instead of spending 16.80 on TSF one
Its okay

It's a neat launcher, but could use some features available in others like folders.
So many options it's confusing lol

I work in the creative industry and as such would love to use my n7 for work
things i typically do are web design
html coding
seo
spreadsheet work
note taking
wireframing
id also love someone to recomend a good doodle app where i could anote a design tho is there anything better ?
anyone got any recomendations? got my £15 to psend in the g store too lol
I think the note taking app to mark up screenshots of designs is an easy one. Skitch by evernote (on the market) is good for that stuff.
In terms of web dev stuf I search recently and downloaded a bunch of apps but can't speak to how good they are, here's a screenshot though. Maybe you'll be able to look them up on the market and see if they are what you are after.

Some are reference apps but I guess the useful ones are andftp, silveredit etc.

Hey guys, just thought I would share with you that this Thumb Keyboard app is actually pretty awesome! I have made the move over from SwiftKey, officially. The speed is quick, the layout is clean, and obviously if you are a landscape user, it is split in the middle for easy access with your thumbs. They have different settings for one handed portrait texting, etc. There are settings for haptic feedback, long press delay, keyboard and font sizes, etc. Not only that but there are 27 different themes you can choose from, so you can match the theme on your phone pretty easily. For those of you have haven't seen it, thought you might be of interest. Unfortunately you do have to pay for it... It is $2.49 but for me it was money well spent.

You can make your own theme with it too by using a transparent theme and choosing an image from your gallery as a background then modifying the colors. I've been using thumb keyboard for a loooooong time, well over a year now. I got it free on amazons app of the day way back in like June of 11

Hi guys, wanting to change my Android Head Unit's launcher to give it a different change.
Saw a listing on AliExpress for a module that runs it's own Android Interface via a Car's CarPlay connection which is cool. I'm more interested in what the launcher is, looks like a enhanced CarPlay kind of design:

Could be Nova launcher.
You can get the same results from Nova, Lawnchair 2, or Microsoft Launcher.
Here are a couple photos. One is Nova showing a widget for my music player, time, and google search bar, and a few icons.
The other is Lawnchair 2 with a minimal approach. Just a time widget, custom wallpaper, and a few icons.
There's quite a few launchers on Play: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=car launcher&c=apps
I'm currently testing Agama, which so far is really pretty and seems to work quite well.
