Hey,
just found the app "CPU Master".
I'm using Dark Core 2.1 on Juwe's 4.1. This app allowes me to change the govenor.
Is it reliable? or should i just leave the govenor as is?
I've used many other jellybean kernel but sock kernel shows me the best performance.
If I can change display colors just like Franco kernel, I will use sock kernel.
Is there any way to change display color?
No, you cannot.

You have to flash a kernel that supports it and use an app like Franco or Trinity Toolbox to adjust them.

(Haha... yeah right!)
I've flashed trinity kernel but I don't like the default color levels and I can't set them back to stock kernel levels. Does anybody knows the stock levels? I use trinity kernel toolbox

If your kernel supports it (which trinity does) you can also lower/raise vibration strength.
