Help change color of a bar

Hi,
Any one can tell me here to change the color of the gray bar in the startmenu
see the attached picture. it sould be transparent like the one in the top.

Anyone! pls help me i want to change background in setting to white color but I can't change font color to black. How should I do?

that image is from leaked s4 firmware and isn't available for the s3 yet.
but maybe it will be a nice mod:good:

I am interested too, I like blue icons, but I hate the new style icons.

How to change color of statusbar?

Hello, is there a way to easily change the colour of the statusbar. You know, when you pull the bar down? So it isn't gray anymore?

Are you still wanting to do this mod? I've only got the XA1 and it's not rooted but this should be a pretty simple mod to do..
