there is a rom looks the same as ios..try joyos..but there still have some bugs..
::almost-der::
Then you'll have to fight your way to Cupertino, take all sources you need, and make one! (If you won't/can't, then I will say it is simply impossible)
But maybe, you may want to try MIUI, it has an iOS-like look, although you may need to install themes that maybe perfectly fit for a 99% iOS look.
Click here for MIUI, Jelly Bean 4.1 version.
or Click here for MIUI, ICS version.
Also, next time, place your questions here.

I don't think JoyOS will be continued, besides, it is a rock-stock GB, isn't it? or it is CM7 based?
Also, it doesn't give you even 45% of the iOS look.
Yeah, maybe the Settings, icons (93%) and launcher UI is the same, but not the statusbar.
Not promoting MIUI, but well, it is the fact from my research.

Looks like 5.0 Jelly Bean will be coming soon but will out phones even run 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich ? Who knows.
Of course 5.0 is aimed at larger devices but it will probably be ported to any device the developers see fit to port to.

Yeah scrap the Android 4 AOSP petition.
Lets make it Android 4 Sense this time and then Android 5 AOSP.
We can also send a petition to Qualcom to make and release a code to make the Desire processor dual core.
ICS is running fairly decently on Desire and Nexus One I'd say - still bugs but there's massive progress
we all cant wait until ICS is 100% working will be the day we all fall in love with our Desire again
I am amazed how smooth the ICS ASOP Rom is. But I'm back to Gingerbread and I don't think I'll update to 5.0 any time. I bought the Desire nearly two years ago right at the beginning and the development during this time was great.
IMHO it isn't necessary to update a two year old device to the newest os version.
I want ICS to work on the Desire. HTC still love it. They're just too lazy to get working software on older hardware.
Why not, why not. One reason more to work on 3.x kernel.

There are already two ports of CM9 (with inherited problems), I might work on JB but not now.
How about porting some of the features ?

I think MIUI and AOKP ports should remain original, mixing things will neither be JB or MIUI,AOKP.

Here we go again. People trying to port new Android versions from completely incompatible phones, hardware wise. Or worse yet, from an emulator image.
It will run like **** no matter what, so I'd rather wait for sources, thank you very much.

Well cm9 is being ported right now. Right now it works pretty well so why won't cm10 work? The only thing i think won't work is the camera and some other bugs

touchwiz based, meaning its a samsung tw rom....we can port (well more easily) htc sense roms between devices
samsung ones would be a real headache to even try, and would always have deal-breaking bugs even if it boots
I think this was posted in the wrong section... there is already a thread about the unreasonable things asked of our devs. Lol.
I think a new rule is in order. If you don't have at least a little bit of an understanding of how porting works then don't request a port.

Actually, this isn't the same group that released it. One is MIUI Android in UK and MIUI.us in US. There was a long time that MIUI.us didn't update, so I think it's a good idea to have both listed.

I agree with you about the default iPhone appearance, but that was never how I left it. The theme engine along with the sheer number of themes available lets you make it look pretty much any way want. For my two cents it was what set it apart from other ROMs. That being said, I understand that the themes for ICS ROMs are somewhat limited. I imagine that the number available for JB is going to be pretty slim in the beginning. They also tend to work in incremental updates, so slow improvement over time. Things can be a little buggy in the very beginning. It took about 2 months after they released their GB version that it ran smooth enough on my Evo to use as a daily driver.

The main thing for me is, we bought Android by choice, I used an iPhone and it looked so boring for me, a phone for those who are 50 years old or less than 15. So why MIUI is trying ti copy their UI ? I don't get it, one of the main things google merged to Android was an app drawer, they even tend to take it away from their home launcher. Their GB MIUI was oh god ! An exact Copy of iOS! on ICS they even changed the task manager ! to look exactly like iOS! Why China has/want to copy everything? Android is more successful the way it is.

Im not asking anyone to hate it, I've used it, It's a good ROM when stable, some nice features. But the over all UI and iOS-wanna-be is what hecks you. Lets say you are running MIUI and you meet some of your friends, he has no clue about Android, he has an iPhone? And he'll be like? Oh this look exactly my phone but with some more options ( At the time Google is trying their best to lessen the claims that Android copied iOS ). Instead, show him the Vanilla Jelly bean! And he will **** in his pants...
Hi XDAs OnePlus 3 community!
Before I got the OnePlus 3 I had a Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE (GT-I9506) and saw this awesome ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...m-phronesis-mm-rom-v1-0-feature-rich-t3468592
I tried it and thought it was really nice but it needed a bit better hardware.
And I have been just wondering :What if someone could port this awesome Rom to OnePlus 3?
If someone couldĀ“port this ROM to the OP3 that would awesome
And if possible please add DASH Charge : )
Wrong section, this should be in Questions & Answers. That being said, if nobody else steps up I'll give it a go in my free time, it looks promising. But I have minimal experience with Android development so it might take a while.
Oh yea sorry about the section

I thought this would maybe get more attention in this section, and and I appreciate any ones attempts to port this ROM. :good:
And btw sorry for the tried mispellings in this thread.
Why do you want a Samsung based ROM ? Most of the apps in the ROM will not work on the OP3. Stay on stock ROM and enjoy Nougat.
No, there cannot be any possibility to port a TouchWiz based ROM to OP3. No matter what you do, there just simply not enough method and time to do so.
And to be honest, there's other ROM available that could be better than that
