The $11 Xoom desktop stand

With a bit of Dremel work, you can cut out a portion of the bottom for the ports, and hey presto - you get an $11 stand. It was on sale this morning for $3.50 (with free shipping), but sadly they expired that coupon before i could post it here.
Only downside is having to reach behind the xoom to turn it on.

I got this same one last week and really lke it.
Very portable, works great, folds up to a nice size and it fits great in my Xoom case.

Xoom standard dock on sale at BestBuy - $24.99

Now would be the time to pick up a standard dock for those that have held out because of the price. I just got one from BestBuy for $24.99 (+tax of course). The sale lasts until the 17th. It's online and in stores.

I've been thinking about this all day but would much rather have the HD speaker dock. Ill have to think about this all week since its on sale- no rush to have a dock charger unless it was the HD speaker dock.

I purchased at this price 2 months ago. Could someone link the thread on modding the dock to include the USB port?

This appears to likely only fit an un-cased Xoom. Are there any docks out there that work with something like the otterbox?

It has plate that you can change that will work with some cases. I've got a thinner one that works fine on it. It looks like it 'raises' the little platform with the plugs on it by about 1-2mm, so if your case is thicker, it won't work.

best buy in canada has the speaker docks at 64.99 and the standard docks at 29.99

Picked mine up today for $24 then saw this post. I plan on putting mine on the mantle wired to my home theater receiver for slacker radio.

Anyone have the iOttie One-Touch windshield and dashboard car mount for Galaxy Note?

Seems to get really good reviews on amazon, but wondering if anyone here has it, or would recommend anything else? Its been years since i've had a car mount because they always rattle and fall off. I live in texas usa and summer temps get up to 110F, 140F+ inside the car so im looking for something very durable.

I purchased the cheap $10 one off ebay and it works well...on windshield.
I think its hard to get these to grip on leather/synthetics with any decent strength.
PS eBay one broke when I threw my bag on it. It broke the 4-pronged plastic bits.

Yeah monoprice has some super cheap ones ($3.57) too that get an 85% positive review:

The reason I hesitate is because I wont something that will stay on in the heat. I'm not really sure any suction cup type device will do that.

Well I wound up going with the tetrix FIX for $16.73 from amazon. Hopefully it is strong enough to hold all 7oz (with tpu case) of my galaxy note. It should hold, I found a guy who used a droid bionic (6oz with case) and said it held just fine. I'll post a review when I get it and its installed.

I'm hoping today is the day I can finally give back to xda after years of flashing goodies. That doesn't look like any of those items will fit our phone. Specifically the ar mount, looks like it fits an AT&T or Verizon phone, but our camera and flash are vertical, while the mount looks to be horizontal.
Good sales though.

I have one of those for my ipad and it DOES NOT fit the Note 10.1.
