Hi folks,
I have recently intalled Jelly Bam (which, by the way, I am very happy with). I have one major problem however, since the install: my telephone exchnge does not work. I use the following app:
Telenor Koppla Samtal from Telenor Sverige (sorry, can't post links since I'm a noobie). It's on the play store if anyone wants to take a look...
As I try to send a call, the message "starting MMI-sequence" appears, followed by "call not sent", and I am left connected to the incoming call, as well as the connectee.
I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the Telenor program's ability to communicate with the JellyBam dialer, but am not sufficiently technical to figure it out myself...
Any help?

I updated to this firmware here:

Everything seemed to go fine, it updated fine, however, I'm now having a problem with opening my dialler and contacts. It says that the application is not installed whenever I click on contacts, and when I go into my dialler I can enter part of a number, and then it throws me out. I'm also having trouble connecting to my PC over wi-fi, however my wi-fi works on it.
Is there any way that someone could help me with this? I have tried searching the forum, however the search function appears to be down.

You flashed a preview build that has been "leaked on a Chinese forum".
I'm not at all an expert when it comes to Android internals, but my judgment tells me, you kind of have to expect those kind of ROMs to have bugs.

I have installed another rom and I now have my contacts back and I can dial again as well.
I'm glad I haven't messed up my Defy, only got it today!

Another info that could be useful for you: custom ROMs that use the leaked Chinese Froyo FW can destroy your camera flash if you don't got a Chinese version of the phone. The sticky thread in the development forum contains more details on this topic.

I have a huge problem with my Xperia Arc S. I don't know if it's due to the JJHybrid 3.1 or it's a hardware problem:
Sometimes, friends arn't able to join me. If someone call me, he directly get the mail box.
If I make a call or send a sms, I receive all the sms at once. Someone date back no more than 3 hours!
So, what can I do? Warranty?

You should have basebabd .72 + the libs for it flashed onto your phone (since your on ICS), if you do then re-flash your ROM... if the problem still continues its best to use your warranty
I have the correct baseband but I'm not sure for the libs. How check that?
I don't know if this problem is known with the rom. I would like to post in the Release thread but I'm only a junior member

Couple off minor issues with this ROM.
1. I am using Giff Giff as my operator but it is showing as O2 ( Giff Gaff runs on O2 network )
On stock ROM ICS 4.0.3 operator would show up as giffgaff​
2. The voicemail number is stored as 901. When i attempt to change this in "Other Call Settings\Voicemail\Setup\ Voicemal number" to 443 the error dialog "Call Settings Error" appears with Text "Couldn't change the voice-mail number. Contact your operator if this problem persists."
Was able to change this on stock ROM ICS 4.0.3
... Stock ROM was vodafone uk.
I cant log issue in the ROM's forum as I dont have the permissions
Exact same thing happens to me, also on giffgaff and CM10
So how is the developer of CyanogenMod10 made aware of this post - just the off chance that they look in here.
Could someone make them aware that has the authority to post ?

It's probably the mms.apk not the carrier or location. This has happened with other roms.

Hi! I have the same issue. It's a problem of all JellyBean ROMs. You can send MMS disabling Internet connection or with connected Wi-Fi. JallyBean ROMs can't work with two different APNs for MMS and Internet. I don't know WHY developers not solve this problem.

I have the same problem. It's not the configuration of the APN as it is the same as when I used the previous releases. I don't know how to debug this further, any hints.

Hi, some months ago I bought a S4 mini. I'm Italian so when I bought the phone it had a Jelly Bean firmware.
Samsung has not released a KitKat firmware for the Italian phones yet, so I used Odin to flash a KitKat stock firmware, I used the Spanish firmware (I9195XXUCNE6).
It works really good but I have a big problem with push notifications: they don't arrive in time or they don't arrive at all!
So I've installed PNF but it doesn't fix the problem.
When push notifications don't work and I open Play Services Monitor in PNF, I read NOT CONNECTED!
So I've taken a screenshot of the Events Log and the result is the first image in the attachments.
Do other people with KitKat have this problem? What can I do to fix that kind of error (FailedHeartbeat)? Could it depend from my Internet network?
Moreover, some days ago I took another screenshot and the error is in the second image in the attachments.
