I know this sounds really stupid, but I need to know how to work this. I'm running Nova Launcher Prime, and I have already downloaded the screen, but how do I get it set up properly? Thanks guys

Every one is different and you cannot simply download a screen and apply it. You have to manually configure it based on the files the OP distributes. That can be a photoshop file or a custom clock.

I love the alternate symbols that the Sammy keyboard has but somehow I've lost them? Does one the xda members know how to turn them back on.?

Did you change a mod to framework or anything? Or install an app recently and then noticed it disappeared? It's an xml edit that removes it.

Yea been there and also couldn't find one either. It seems the mods currently available are meant for the 4.1.1. If you really want the exact same experience as the Note 10.1 then you should try Mini Tab Rom.
Also, this might sound dumb, but try changing the extension of the zip file from .zip to .apk and then try installing.

Just use a build. Prop editor to change lcd density to 160

That only changes it to phablet mode but not tablet ui. A tablet mode would mean the status bar would be on the bottom.

In "xposed app settings" (a module you have to install for the "xposed installer".
There you can set app specific settings like resolution.

Can someone tell me how to change dpi in sammy roms share link... plz...
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda premium
Probably the easiest way is with xposed app settings. You can set dpi on a per app basis. Other than that use a build prop editor like rom toolbox. I think some apps like camera and stock keyboard will fclose if you change dpi. There are a lot more knowledgeable people than me though

OK, don't hesitate to ask questions while you're reading up.
Any ideas how to do that on a touchwiz rom?

Are you trying to change just that? because its part of systemUi and would be a little hard to do on its own
I am trying to change the whole gui, but when I change the android system dpi it only changes like the power pop up menus. Not sure what I should change to get the status bar (and the drag down toggle) to change
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using xda app-developers app
Use xposed app settings.change system ui to 190 or whatever u want
