After my first tool ( Hboot Firmware Flasher ) i've decided to add some useful functions for Linux and Mac Users .
i'm happy to present to you : Ultimate Firmware Flasher!

Now it has a simple GUI made with Zenity
added ADB sideload and a little tool for unpack and repack kernels ( still beta ) . the Kernel tool will self compile mkbootimg for your OS only the first time you run it

but, i've a little question: why you need to sign zips?
if you have a custom recovery you can simply disable the signature check

hmmm.... i will take a look at that tomorrow
shortly, this is what you need to do:
- install fink following instructions on fink site
- update fink packages list ( i think this is in the installation instructions on fink site too)
- install Zenity using "sudo fink install zenity" ( without quotes)
fink will download and install all needed packages for zenity !
as mentioned in the OP, you need X11 , Xcode and Xcode command line tools installed
i'm searching a Good IDE for develop the mac app. i Hate Xcode

:: Firstly Get & Note Down IMEI Code of Your Device. It can be Obtained by Dialing *#06# in Phone Dialer.
: :Charge Your Phone Upto 60% Battery Level So As To Ensure That It Doesn’t Turn Off During The Process of Bootloader Unlocking.
:: Temporarily Disable Your PC’s Antivirus Software As This Might Interrupt The Process.
By Assuming That You’ve Followed The Essential Steps Mentioned Above, You Can Now Move To The Further Part Of The Article Where Will Check on How To Unlock Bootloader.
Step 1 : Installation of USB Drivers.
:: Download Fast Boot Package With USB Drivers From The Attachements.
:: Switch Off Your Device & Connect It To The Computer Using USB Cable While Enabling Fast Boot Mode (Press & Hold Volume Up Button To Trigger Fastboot Mode). Windows Will Start Driver Installation As soon As You’ll Connect Your Device To The Computer While Keeping It In Fastboot Mode.
:: Now Extract The Fastboot Package Which You’ve Just Downloaded in Your PC.You Will Find 2 Folders Named As ‘fastboot’ & ‘usb_driver’.

Step 2 : Unlocking Bootloader.
:: Before Unlocking Bootloader, You Need To Check That if Your Device’s Bootloader Can Be Unlocked Or Not. For Checking Bootloader Status Dial *#*#7378423#*#* From Phone Dialer To Access Service Menu.Find Bootloader Unlock Status Over There. If It is Set To Yes Then Only You Can Unlock ::Your Device’s Bootloader Otherwise It’s Impossible To Unlock It.
:: After Verifying Bootloader Unlock Status Set To Yes, Go To Sony’s Official Bootloader Unlocking Site.
:: Scroll To The Bottom of The Page & Press Continue.
:: You Will be Prompted With The Message “Are You Sure ?”. Accept It By Clicking On “Yes I Am Sure”.(Assuming That You’ve Read It Properly). Then Accept The Legal Terms.
:: Now You’ll Get “Create Unlock Request” Page.Enter Your Name, Email Address & IMEI (Which You’ve Noted in Essential Steps Mentioned Above).
:: You’ll Now Get Unique Key Which Will Be Displayed On The Screen. Save It Safely As We Will Require It In Next Part Of The Article.
:: Open CMD in your computer and type "cd (location of Fastboot Folder)".

Solution 2 - For JB firmware .200 / .211.

1. Put xxx.zip copied to the root directory of cell phone memory (that is a direct copy)
2 .Enter Recovery (TWRP or CWM) (restart device (turn off, turn on & vol+) and while on the SE logo, simply tap the screen of your phone several times.
3. Select [wipe data / factory reset] → [YES]
4. Select [wipe cache partition] → [YES ]
5.Select [advanced] → [wipe Dalvik Cache] → [ YES ] → Back
6.Select [install zip from sdcard] → [choose zip from sdcard] → [xxx.zip] → [YES]
7.Wait flash finished, press Back and select reboot system now [], the phone going to automatically restart with installed MIUI ROM.
- First boot need ~ 3 - 5 min. -
7.Flash Google Apps (MIUI Gapps) - Download GAPPS 4.1.2
Flash GAPPS for V4 Rom - Download GAPPS 4.0.4
- GAPPS Tutorial -
1.After first boot reboot your phone to recovery again.
2.Select [install zip from sdcard] → [choose zip from sdcard]→ [miuiandroid_gapps-4.1.2-small_signed.zip] → [YES]
3. Wait flash finished, press Back and select reboot system now [], the phone going to automatically restart with installed GAPPS.

- If you're coming from other MIUI V5 realase you don't need to [wipe data / factory reset], [wipe cache partition] and install the GAPPS.just flash this rom over previous. -
- Turn Rounded Corners Off,Limit Background Processes To 3 and Enable 'Force GPU rendering' In Development Settings And Reboot For Smoothness. -
- If you have "assert failed" error during flashing rom you can fix it easy by on this way:
Open the zip file with 7zip. go to META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script drag it to your windows explorer (or other programs). open it with notepad :

Delete Everything Before Unmount System And It Will Works.

Zero Meta Inf Package Is Fixed.Redownload Rom From Link In OP,And then Change Updater Script.
Or just Copy Meta Inf From 3.7.19 Release.

Dual Recovery for locked-unlocked bootloaders. TWRP 2.6.3 - CWM 6.0.3 works together!​Warning 1 : I am not responsible for bricked phones..
Warning 2 : I am not user of Xperia S, so need testers for learn is it working... (working-confirmed)
Warning 3 : If you are using CM10 for locked bootloader, dont install this. It'll broke your initframs...
Warning 4 : If you have CWM(with chargemon hack) you may get problem. Do fresh install without recoveries...
How it works ?
-When booting your phone, BLUE led will appear.
--Volume UP enters TWRP 2.6.3
--Volume DOWN enters CWM 6.0.3
On CWM, " USB MOUNT STORAGE" works.
How to install :
Method 1)
Dual Recovery For Xperia S ( Installer Script )

Flashable Zip for Xperia S (only for TWRP flash, it wont work on CWM flashing.)

i make all this instruction and in the final said dual instaled y have ub with kernel doomlord but everytime i restart the phone with vol plus no touch recovery just normal included in kernel doomlord any help is apreciate thank u don t work dual bro

If you have TWRP in your Kernel then it wont be replaced, as this is not kernel based. For that you need to flash stock kernel then use this mod. you will get Dual recovery.

doomlord kernel is stock withouwt twrp bro and as i say y have the old cwr not the new what is the problem to solve this i don t need to flash a kernel without recovery but this doomlord has the cwr not twrp any sugestion thank u

If adb works on your pc, it must be there..
Locate : /data/local/tmp/dualrecovery.log

testing dual recovery
I installed the .bat, the installation was successful, but after reboot, only allows me to access CWM, I have rebooted 4 times, each pressing a different button, vol +, vol-, power, camera ... but only open CWM anyway, thanks for the hard work, I have locked bootloader, and if necessary, I try again with a new one .bat

How to solve problem with Boot stuck on LG Logo

1. Return to Recovery again
2. Choose Wipe > Format > type yes

1. Downlaod ext2explore.exe
2. Upzip SRKG2 ROM
3. Open ext2explore.exe
4. Choose File> open image (in main menu)
5. Select dtoidth-system.img in system folder (from 2.)
6. You can save all files that you want from dtoidth-system.img ,Choose Tools>save
How to install xposed
1. Download xposed-sdk21-arm-20150430.zip then flash it via Recovery
2. Download XposedInstaller_3.0-alpha2.apk and install .
