(Request) Need ICS Blue signal bar mod

Wanted to know if anyone could get this ICS Blue themed signal bar moded to work with Juggernaut 4.1?
Wish I could get Rom Toolbox to work with it! Here is what I am talking about!

I'm working on it already. Takes a while as I have to change every instance of blue. Lol. Its a complete color scheme change.

I have been looking around for a really good customizable ROM for my epic 4g touch currently I am running the blu kuban ROM I want something a bit more custom this has lots of great features but I hate blue so I'm not in luck with it and I was also wondering if there were any windows phone styled ROMs thank you for any help
