You can look at teambaked rom, they built both power widget and toggles in into rom control. (In their case baked settings or smthing like that)

If I understand you right, this is a port of PAC. PAC is a combination of Cyanogenmod 10, AOPK, and Paranoid. but for details you need to download or ask on the original thread

In theory ,yes ! but with a P705 Kernel ... just have to wait quietly a P705 AOKP rom, or an extract of the CM11 P705 kernel
Our friend cr3pt always have done a P705 and p708 version on his roms .

AOKP doesn't require particular Gapps, just use your usual package !

CM11 p705 Kernel would work fine on this rom ... in théory !
but cr3pt have made an another series of kernels ( called "Crystal" ,updated and better performance) on his last CM11 ( compaible with all 4.4.2 "in théory"...but he don't have extracted these kernels at this time .
And this rom ,i know people who test it ...... and for them : it's very fast ! no bugg ! full camera/video ! very good performance ! ... really an excellent work !
you can flash it quietly if you are interested ! :good:
it just miss "performance" parameters (very strange for an AOSP base ! ) ... need "no-frills" for example .

It is not a share to add share in thread name. He is a theamer It is his work. He might have followed a guide to do this. But there is no need for share

Theres no translation for this mod, as i noticed, it still in english even if i choose my native language applied.

Yes, and its working fine..
i tried on R8 n still works good but when i tried on R9 its make force close when you try to Setting > Display & Lights
