[Q] 4.18 vs 4.19 sense 5 kernel

I saw there is 2 kernels in development one is based on 4.18 for European version and one on 4.19 for Asian version. There are any difference between those 2 kernel beside the numerotation( I mean for the stock kernel)?

Custom Rom T-315

Is there any custom rom for t-315 with working lte?

I am search too for a Custom Rom for the t315 with a working lte.
AT the Moment i use the Stock Rom with the cyanogenmod unofficial version in dual boot. But the lte don't work by the cm 11.

Now you can use the cm unofficial from 1/16. The lte was working.

[Q] JB Kernel in KK ROM

Hey as you all probably know we only have the kernel source for the B111 which is JB, my question is now can we flash a custom Kernel, which is based on this Kernel source, on our device while running a KK ROM?

Multi-user support

Does new Kit-Kat updates comes with multi-user support?
What 4.3 firmware versions has multi-user support enabled?
If firmware doesn't have multi-user activated is it possible to activate it without root or only with root and how to do it?

i have kitkat 4.4.2 and it has multi-user support !
i am not sure but 4.3 firmware versions i think they don't .
