Boot splash animation is located nearby: /SystemFS/PowerOnOff/Image/
This is a compressed bitmap images. I do not know how to decompress.
Also there is an interesting file: /Registry/PowerOnOff.ini

Good morning! I'm trying to put the sound "PowerOn.wav" at / SystemFS / PowerOnOff / Sound / with stun, but when I delete the original sound, it comes back. Can anyone tell me how to delete and replace the new sound.

so u mean to say we need to keep a file named poweron.wav and poweroff.wav in our cards and wave should load from it?

then u need to root your phone and google up a software named deroid explorer now connect ur rooted phone to ur pc via usb and make sure u have usb debugging enabled now after connecting open deroid explore
here u will see at the left
system <--- click on it
now on right u will see app <---- click on it and now paste the apk file u downloaded form the link of waveboy
now look at left u will see lib <--- click on it
now here u need to paste librs.so n lib(whatever the second one is) file u downloaded
from the link of waveboy
now u are all done now disconnect ur phone restart it and tadddaa you are all done... and dont forget to say thanx to the wayboy

How To Install :
##suppose i wanna install sanim.zip as my new bootanimation
1) Rename sanim2 or 3 to sanim.zip ..(for custom roms ..check the name of the zip file in system/media and rename it accordingly)
2)Move sanip.zip(or any other name according to ur current rom) to system/media and set proper permissions(using root explorer ..properties ..set permissions ..tickmark all the boxes excpet bottom row ! .. )
3)Reboot .Enjoy ..and if u liked the boot animation HIT THANKS !!!!!

I liked the BIOS type ones but done want to get a display of LG or Sony booting for my HTC WFS

hi people, im not used to post tutos but i think this one will help lot of us !!
so last day i tried to download kdz as usual from site like (mylgphone_com) and figured out that all link broken or return to an xml page with no download at all . so for those struggling a lot that is the trick i found !! test by me at same time writing this post and guest what : is working of course
here we go
for exemple let get to site www*mylgphone*com download section and try to download lg g4 firmware .
hit [CTRL+F] and tape your model ex: [VS986] in to the little search bar appeared and hit enter, it will return a list of firmware build for verizon LG G4 phone . just click desired link . and if you're unlucky enough youll get to a blank page no worries just copy the whole page link from your browser adress bar like this http://csmgdl.lgmobile.com/dn/downloader.dev?fileKey=FWF3Z9X132X2A8O7D6B0EVC/VS98611A_05.kdz to a notepad . we should edit the outdated link that is the trick.
Now in your notepad paste outdated link and replace [ http://csmgdl.lgmobile.com/dn/downloader.dev?] with this [http://tool.lime.gdms.lge.com/dn/downloader.dev?] dont put the quotes [ ]

Love how this method downloads directly from the source. Just one question: how can I specify any version? For example, how can I get H81220x KDZ from this method?
