Why do you people use Custom Rom? I can't think of a CR on my phone!

Because stock firmware is slow and contain some bugs. Also most of custom ROM contain features from other phones.

No, it need TW framework which is hard to port
You can flash CM10, then install Touchwiz 5.0 theme and port of TW launcher - I'm using this set on ParanoidAndroid (Xperia S)

Not about the lock screen it might need porting if not already done, I've not seen it around

Yea I know what you mean but I don't think it will work on our phones straight of, so it might need porting to work on our phones

And then a more advanced custom rom. If you were worried about your warranty you can now take a full advantage of xda forums.
How toake it appear? Like the one on all samsung device, nexus 5... Like you can pull the bar while playing games....
