just a quick question i got a GT-n7100 it got a custom Rom on it can someone please direct me to the right tutorial how to put it back to the factory Rom it got a nova launcher and other things on it

Check S-ON instructions in my radio S-OFF tool's thread. Those will bring your device to stock state.

Same here... is there any hardware issues or you just dnt like the custome roms?
I rooted many phones in my life, I never had problems rooting a phone like this peace of ****!! does any one out there give a much easier link to root this crap?? Im currently on the latest version ics , or is there a way to revert back to GB like most HTC phones do?
Follow the stickied unbricking guide to get back to GB. If you want to return to official ICS use the CWM flashable version.
...and was there really a need for the swearing?
Rooting a phone with a locked bootloader isn't stuff to any n00b. It requires following huge tutorials or aknowlege to do it on their own.
This isn't a samsung galaxy for example.

Are you looking for a rom that is like the stock/original rom?
