Just Replace the SystemUI.apk of the ROM in which u want to install it.
open the zip folder(ROM's Folder)(i don't mean extract, just open it) goto system->app and delete the original systemui.apk and copy and paste this one . . . Flash that ROM and DONE!

I am afraid: no, not "out of the box". I think, it has to be ported and compiled with that framework-res etc.

This is my first job on XDA,I hope you enjoy this mod.
Tested on Xperia X F5122
Only for deodex Rom
This mod features:
-Bluray Quick Settings
-Merge Sim & Wifi
-New Font
-Navigation similar to Google pixel 7.1.2
-Change navigation size from 48 to 32
-Reduce the gap between Wi-Fi and battery
How to install mod:
1)Download PexoUI V1.0.zip
2)Go to recovery
3)Install Mod
4)Reboot and enjoy
or

2)Extract Mod
3)replace System UI & Font
4)Set Permissions (rw-r-r)

hi.this mode is not tested on the Concept
But on android 7.0, both stock and custom work
