[Q] ICS mms with JB notification? - Samsung Epic 4G Touch

Title says most
But I was wondering if there is an ICS MMS capable with JB notifications.
Like when you get a notification from messaging, You get a notify with a picture right by it. It is one of my favorite features and I was wondering if there is a stable MMS for our ICS roms.
I dont mind if its still an ICS mms, just as long it has the JB notification, I will be happy . lolz
Note : I tried the ones in the playstore, but it hasnt been updated like in forever, and MMS is broken.

Not doable. That type of notification is part of jellybean systemui. The messaging app is just using that part of systemui to display its notifications.

CM7 and SMS question

Ok so i've installed CM7 RC1 and it looks like the sms icon is chomp? is this correct? and if do can i download themes for it?
I know about handcent and others but i would like to keep it within the sms app and put themes through them rather then download other sms apps.
What are you talking about? CM7 is AOSP only - I seriously doubt ChompSMS has been merged with AOSP. (Android Open Source Project)
Definitely not chomp, pure AOSP.
Ok thanks, ill have to download something. thanks.

Chomp's icon actually looks like AOSP's messaging icon. You might as well Flash CM7 nightly 7 though, quite a few improvements from Rc1 such as 4g, Shiznul's advanced camera options, ability to put battery percentage in bar and an option in the AOSP messaging app to split texts over 160 characters.

[Q] Bubble Notification on Gmail App Icon in MIUI?

Can we replace Stock MMS from Samsung with Stock ICS or JB mms

I would like to know this as the stock sammy one will mess up images if there is more than one in the message and if they put text in it. I would prefer to only have the messaging app on there not a third party like go sms or the other one. something that doesn't put it in the slideshow format.
Thanks.
i have GS3 rooted original rom.
For a non-mod solution, there is this, but it looks like it's a bit buggy with MMS: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...W50cmljbGl2ZXJzLm1tcy5jb20uYW5kcm9pZC5tbXMiXQ..
I also quite liked Go SMS Pro with this theme, decently close to stock ICS or JB: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...NvbS5qYi5nb3Ntcy50aGVtZS5nb29nbGV1aV9mcmVlIl0.

[Q] Fix SMS split [DEV HELP?]

Hey everyone, been runnin KingKang for quite some time and I'm having trouble topping off my inverted apps collection for it. It seems that every inverted MMS I have doesn't auto-split SMS for KingKang, or possibly any other AOKP ROMs out there. Specifically, it will say its composing a second message after passing the 160 character count, then it will attempt to send it as one large text and fail. I was wondering if anyone had a fix for this? Or maybe even an inverted MMS with the popup widget that will auto-split SMS. Thanks guys.
Edit: Yes I know the MMS.apk that comes with KingKang 3.2 has theme settings but it gets messed up in some parts when it's all black.

was on CM10 looking for the mms send/receive fix. I found one that was the stock looking jellybean MMS app,but had built in option to change certain colors within the MMS apk. I somehow lost this particular apk
does anybody know what im talking about? if so please link me to the thread so i can retrieve it
basically im just lookign for a stock jellybean MMS apk with a feature built in where you can change certain colors of the app (it may be AOKP or something i dont know )
