[APP] YouTube ICS v1.0 (ICS Themed "Red")

I have taken the latest version of the YouTube App and theme'd it with the images from the ICS YouTube app so it will look similar.
I am not responsible for any damage done to your device and you are responsible for the use of this file.

Softkey Mod For Stock Root Gnex

Looking for a softkey mod for my rooted GNex...it's only rooted with the Samurai kernel...no ROMs...
I did find 2 threads with softkey mods but they were for ROMs...AOKP I believe...one did say "some users" had success flashing but knowing my luck I'd be one of the users who didn't have luck flashing it...
the ICS stock blue softkeys are bananas and I'd like to have em on my GNex...if anyone knows of or has a flashable mod please let me know.

I tried this and it worked. But is it possible to add menu and search button with stock rom ?

[MOD][JB][S] [P,U,Sola,Go = ?] Enable Speed dial in JB

After carefully inspecting the leaked JB fw provided by Doomlord, brickin my phone and all sorts of stuff :cyclops: i came across a fact that speed dial isnt in the fw so again i searched and found a mod originaly made for xperia T,V,TX witch enables the feature that i'm talking about made possible by gregbradley and tested on Xperia S JB by myself. (It could likely work on Xperia P, U jb port, Sola jb port, Go, need testers)
Do this at your own risk.
I recommend you do a backup first

How about custom boot animations? there's a whole thread about kit kat animations with a bunch that I wouldn't mind using. is it possible to use them? is there something I can do that would make them usable? thanks in advance.

[MOD] [BOOTANIMATION] Moto G Bootanimation..!! .

Hi all!! Here is the moto g Bootanimation for lollipop rom.. I will make later for kitkat
roms.. For now enjoy on lollipop roms...
Well you might be knowing that motorola now uses a video Bootanimation instead of the traditional images one because:
1. It will take less space in /system.
2. This can play the animation with steady fps doesn't matter the power of cpu. (Old bootanimations slow down the animation some times if cpu is not able to handle the animation)
3. At the End we can put any awesome video we like as bootanimation
So, I decided to port the cool moto g globe Bootanimation..
Here is the procedure...
1. Download the zip.
2. Flash the zip.
3. Yo... You have the new Bootanimation.
