Hello Friends i just port this rom with cm7 RC1 and this is my first rom to port.
there is many lil bug but i hope any dev will make it completely easy...
i did my best but no more i can port only from noob guide

1. Some gfx prob
2. Dont change Lockscreen (device will boot and hangs on bootscreen)
3. Video recording (not saving video)

Share: Reboot Menu (no ads)

Found this nice app because I wanted an extended power menu but didn't want to deodex my phone. Works well and I think it does a faster job to recovery and download as well as a simple reboot. Here is the link to the app onGoogle Play:

Didn't find this in search so if there is another thread, sorry. Hope it does what you want if your prefer to have an odexed phone. BTW I have XWKTM on my phone but it should work on all other roms. Just make sure to be rooted.

BUGS:
WIFI Router function, can be solved with an App that performs this function.
SOME GAMES TESTED:
The requests, even not liking football, tested the PES12 and had no problems, I tried Dead Space, Asphalt 5, NOVA 1, Guerrilla Bob, Fruit Ninja, Need For Speed ​​Shift, among others, without lags.

Looks like an awesome Rom! But please fix the link for the Wifi Fix.

I flashed it and this ROM is great! It's very fast! You don't need to flash WiFi fix, although it is still unstable. It stops working at times and you need to re-enable it. This is the only bug. Other than that, it's great! Fruit Ninja didn't lag at all! I'm going to flash the next update and test it. Keep up the good work!

CM9 fonts problem

Saw similar threads but none with my exact problem.
I installed CyanogenMod 9 on my device and sometimes stuff like this happens.

It's the first time I experience this in a rom, that means I do everything properly (wipe all, blah blah)
it's rooted and it has unlocked BL, it's a XPERIA Arc S LT18i,

That is a font corruption bug on CM9. Though it happened to me when i had installed Official CM9 Stable. You can try the latest FXP release (FXP210) instead. FXP are official maintainers of cyanogenmod for xperia devices

Actually this is the one I have currently installed and that's CM9 FXP209 . . .

My bad, they haven't released 210 yet. The last time i used cm9 was in November last year, I thought they would have fixed that bug by now. Anyways CM10 is as good as CM9 (honestly its better) so you might wanna give the latest version a try.

I don't use CM10 because it gives me random reboots with games (epsxe, temple run 1, blabla) and some apps (solid explorer, LINE, blabla).. This is the only "bad thing" CM9 has actually (at least in my case) and it doesn't happen too often, I can use it for few days for example and it won't happen.. so there's no solution available?

[Q] wakelock problems

I've been using pretty much different ROMs but lately for more than a couple of months I'm on MIUI and i really like it . It makes your life much easier and good looking that any rom I've tried
But lately , the battery status are really disappointing , almost awake all the time even when I'm sleep ! I have no idea about the reason , used this app to see what causes wake lock but i guess it's still doesn't make sense
Here are my status , thanks in advance for any advice
p.s : data was off all the time , just turned it on in the last 30 mins of the status

I'll give it a try , even though I'm afraid it's like Deep sleep which i don't want ,
and for MIUI , they had it on miuiandroid.com but it's no more available , now the note 2 section moved to

I tried the ROM there and it says " Failed" in the recovery , give it a shot and feed me back
Edit : the Rom now woks and seems to be amazing , the problem was about my recovery , it was an old version of TWRP . And now some ROMs need the latest version
