To all the people looking to get their hand's on a activation code:
Forget it!
Microsoft gave away a limited number of codes, because this browser uses server-side rescaling of images. Since it is still beta, they probably have only limited server-capacity.
They are of course not stupid: every browser will tell the server it's IMEI (or equivalent unique identifier) and the activation code. If there are more than one devices with the same serial, the serial becomes blacklisted.
Because this works so well so far, I believe that this was one of the features actually being betatested...

Activation key for people living in unsupported country

Hi,
I've a tips for people living in unsupported WP7 country ( eg: ukraine... ).
Just follow this steps :
Download skype : http://www.skype.com/
Create an account : https://login.skype.com/account/signup-form
Install skype and login to your account...
Call this number with skype : +18006427676 ( its the microsoft US support, it's free ! )
Just have to say that you've an HD7 and you can't find your key...!

First time they cut me off, cause I couldn't give us phone no and address, so I google'd some us company for details, and it worked, just be nice, polite and convincing.

They can't trace a Skype number !
When I called Microsoft yesterday I just told that I've lost my HD7 key, they just ask me my first name and my last name, my e-mail and it was okay

Could someone get me the code because I can't speak English so fluently that they would give me the code.

after 2 minutes of waiting he gave me the CODE !!! )))))

got it!!
i just went all guns blazing at the poor chap!!
told him i m sitting at an airport of an Asian country where local MS support is rubbish. and even after paying full price for the winmo07 phone it still asking fr keys...
i asked him to generate the key quickly as i wanted to download adobe reader from the market place for imp. office files
he took 1 min to generate it n also gave me the activation team's direct no. in case the code fail to work.. but it worked...

my nexus is stolen,I didn't install any app to track it,I only have the IMEI 351554050592543 could I track?
I also have xda premium installed on it,is it possible to track t for me from site admins?

thank you but the brb is ,play google will not work on my phone without vpn working on it,so I will not be able to install the app on,also i have changed my google password

you could ask your network provider to track it for you, if they are willing to do that, it wont be hard.

I am quite a newbie at this, I have a Note II which I tought I lost and I locked by imei with my network supplier.
Now I found it, but they say they can't unlock it because the phone is not registered on my name. ( Nasty Ex Girlfriend )
I was told that is possible to change the IMEI number with any old phone I don't use anymore and that way would work again, is it right?
I just don't have a clue how to do it.
can anybody help me?

"unlocking" and "carrier" are irrelivant, His IMEI is blacklisted. At least read what he wrote.

No, IMEI changing is highly illegal and discussion is not allowed on XDA which you would have discovered if you had bothered to actually use search or read before just jumping on site and opening a topic.

Question problem with SAMKEY

Hello
I am in dire straits with SAMKEY.
I want to change the CSC of my z fold 3 to switch it to XEF.
But SAMKEY thinks I am from SAMSUNG, my account was blocked, my phone blacklisted, I was insulted and blocked on skype when I contacted them.
Anyone here know of a SAMKEY member who can help me unblock my account and unblacklist my phone?

Ahha same thing. They block 2 my accs each 10 credits, same phone.

Before 2 months I asked them they told me that they do not support csc change....I want to change to thl...do you know if they support it now?

There are free email services that can self-destruct after a certain amount of time passes. VPN well it's a VPN just get a decent one. This will give you a new email and a new IP I'm not sure if there are other identifiers they look for.

Android Faker can help with that but it needs root.
