I love the candy shell on my S3, especially the fact that its a full surround that covers volume and power buttons,
Looking at this one, I kinda wish the IR wasn't in the power button so they could have covered it up.

there were no scratches till now, my HD2 fell down, and little stones made some scratches T.T well not that bad after almost two years..

Why not choose a soft case? If the material of the hard case is not so good, it would be no more helpful.
$49.99 at radio shack for a otterbox defender for my inspire. ya could have got it for like 27 bucks at amazon. but we were on they way to the coast, and didnt want the sand and moisture jacking up my phone.. before that i think 130 bucks for a case and extended battery for my old arse sprint ppc-6700.. from siedio..<----my first smartphone..

While I get this mentality. The Dixtronic case is really cheap and one of the best designs for me. It is really thin, made with quality material, and covers all the edges. I would be willing to pay more for a case, but if they only want to charge me 9 bucks for the case I am looking for... More power to them.
And yes... I did cut out a hole for the volume buttons (that was a poor design choice).

+1. Got one of these a love it. Normally not a case person, but compared to the Droids I had, the Nexus always felt like it was going to slip out of my hand. This case adds just the right amount to make it better to hold without making it too bulky.

Got 2 of these cases....1 clear andy and 1 all black....already dropped the phone and it protected it...so worth the $9 and the seller has helped with all issues....which is always nice these days.

Is it a TPU case? I went back to the product page and it didn't say whether it's a TPU case or not. The last case I got from them was for my wife's (3G? the square-ish one)) iPod nano, and that was pretty good quality.
Used a few Speck product before. They produce quality case.
However
This is not worth $30 lol
They thought Android users were stupid sheep like the iPoo users who pay any amount for any accessory. Luckily we have Cruzerlite that can fill our needs for the cases.
I bought the Speck case for my Macbook Air and after having to pay customs and blabla (the total case+shipping+customs was about $80) one of the lids that keeps the case attached to the laptop broke (it just broke by itself), reading on the web I saw it was not only me, it happens all the time to almost everyone so... No more overpriced Speck products for me, thanks.

Can anyone recommend a decent priced glass screen protector in the uk? Ideally I'd like to cover the whole screen with cut outs for the grill rather than a big chunk missing at the top, but not a must

So far pretty impressed with this screen protector. For the price can't wrong and feels quite nice to slide about on.
I don't understand people paying more than a couple of quid for a glass screen protector. I bought the cheapest one off eBay, does the job fine! Im expecting it to crack if i drop my phone... As that is it's job, im not sure what added bonus you get by paying for a more expensive one!
