Hello, Does anyone know if you keep your modem when you flash a rom without wiping? I had flashed teshxxx lte modem on JediMaster 11 and I then flashed JediMaster 12 and was just curious if I had to re-flash the modem. Any comments or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Jedi series doesn't contain the modem in it, i believe PTMR took it out so other note 2s on different carriers can flash it. So if u flashed from one to the other, you should be good, no need to flash it again.

Just check in settings> about device> baseband and as long as it says MB4, you are good to go

Normally, I never have to flash a modem unless I want a better signal. Check the ROM to see if a modem is included.

If you're trying to say that the CM10 Rom is like a beautiful, great, special, unicorn and the original Galaxy S3 stock rom is just a plain boring pony then I have to say you're wrong according to my experience. I got CM10 on Friday and since then all I've wanted to do is throw the phone threw a wood chipper. It's terrible.

That rom doesn't include the modem. So if you want to be all on yhe latest official, you would need to flash the modem too. Or stay with your current one. Its your choice!

Flash ROM first, then Modem.
Doesn't matter. Modems are separate from the rest of the system, so you can flash em anytime you want! This also means when you flash a rom your baseband will not change...unless the dev included the modem which is rare.

Sprint has a CDMA network while att and tmobile both have 4g gsm network....the international would be thr biggest difference due to the fm radio and few hardware related differences.

That is actually the Puerto Rican latest release.
I had it yesterday...but deleted it.
I remember that it had these features:
It was NOT an i747M ROM
It was plain i747
I downloaded it in December.
It wasn't a stock ROM that I rooted...it came rooted and it was a flash able zip
Was completely stock with ATT Boot screen and ATT Apps
So there someone just give me a direct link
