- Unlock bootloader via HTCDEV.com / go HERE to root your HTC ONE X
- Install CWM for custom recovery both thanks to PaulOBrien HERE
- Download ROM and place on root of SD card.
- ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR CURRENT ROM
- Perform full wipe (data/system/cache etc)
- Install ROM
- Go to Advance menu, Fix permissions
- Reboot and Enjoy JDR0iD

coming from the revolution rom, do i have to perform a full wipe?/does anyone know how i can backup + restore all my settings, etc., like with miui. I hate setting everything up again.

Thx leejames thats awesome. I'd really like something like the backup feature of miui see in cyanogenmod or something . I like being able to backup my homescreen setup as well.

I can't download rom from uploaded to. Can anybody say me where is the boot animation and down animation located and the names? I need the information because I want to make this rom compatible with my mod

I am discontinuing this project as there are already 5 other sense roms all on the same base so I will be working on a senseless ics Rom .

you can use this theme if you delete (backup your ROM before) in the "system/app" folder of your phone the following files :

No, you would need settings.uot to load it into UOT kitchen, and then change that, make new file and flash it.
I suppose he's doing it through uot kitchen though, not sure.
Anyway, @Mazer, don't ever stop making these beautiful themes!

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Download HTC ONE FONTS from above
2.Extract the ZIP file to a new folder named Fonts
3.Transfer Fonts folder to sdcard
4.Then Install FONT INSTALLER ROOT free from the Google Play Store (link above)
5.Open FONT INSTALLER ROOT and follow the instructions.

Thank you for your comment my friend but i have read somewhere that the HTC ONE will not have scrolling wallpapers.
As i have got a system dump now i am going to upload the wallpapers folders and see if there is any difference.
If there is no change in size then i would take that as proof that we are correct in saying the HTC ONE does not have scrolling wallpapers.

tried installing the fonts all together in font installer but the system failed to boot after that. had to do a system partition restore. what was I doing wrong?

You can just move the files to system fonts folder and be able to use them through fonts settings

I have tested in on ViperX 3.4.0.
for other roms
try the following
1) download attached file
2) Open in winzip/winrar/7zip
3) extract assets folder
4) take idlescreen_base.apk from rom you are using
5) Open in winzip/winrar/7zip
6) drag and drop assets folder in it
7) now push or copy this file to /system/app/
8) change permission to 644(rw-r-r)
10) reboot phone.

@op.. for the lock.. the most easy fix is ask the skin creator to move the lock png to the upper edge of png.. it easier then resize ring and push it up..

Doesn't seem to be working on Renovate (base 3.14). Just comes up with a blank screen.

Here I'm sharing my version (my interpretation) of a simple Sense 5 look Lockscreen that should work and tested on the stock skins (ROM base 3.18.401.1)
- Default, Aluminum, Matte, Steel, Graphic and Concrete.
Features:
1) slide down the shortcut icons to activate the app

This is not a skin, only the lockscreen mods... you select/use your ROM skins

After you flashed the mod, how is your lockscreen looks like ? Can you post a screenshot ? Doesn't it look like the first screenshot above where you have the shortcut icons, time and date at lower part of the screen ?

Normal Lockscreen mode.. My device not changed. I flashed the zip file recovery..
My device rom Venom Viper 3.4.2..

I see ... sorry to say this mod is not for Viper ROM.. you need to use special mods made for Viper ROM for it to work.

Didn't work for me I'm afraid on ARHD 19.2 with lyapota's mod, on stock kernel. I also have beauteous skin installed so it may conflict with that. I tried it with the normal htc skins but with same result, shame but thanks anyway, see screenshot for reference.

IdleScreen_Base.apk is same for all stock rom ie 3.18 except for custom ROM like viper where it has few extra modifications. only reason why it will not work is if you have 2 Idlescreen_base.apk in system/app
look for Idlescreen_base.apk and IdleScreen_base.apk delete both then push again.
in eddyedwards007's case default beauteous skin does not have padlock icon for ring. so you will have to install modified skin or modified fusion.apk.

Screenshot from viperx 3.4.2 just delete both islescreen_base.apk from system/app and flash the mod, it works
and for the OP, could you make a version of fusion.apk with app drawer icon like sense 5? As it changed to stock sense 4
And after installing it my sense navbar changed to the one from sense4, but I had the sense 5 one before and I can't change it back, I tried reflashing sense 5 mod, but it didn't help

It works, just check your Fusion.apk and IdleScreen_Base.apk and change the capital letters in the zip before flashing..

Thanks for the tip.. I downloaded OrDroid and ARHD and both have different name style for the Idlescreen_Base.apk & fusion.apk (ARHD) and IdleScreen.apk & Fusion.apk (OrDroid)... so I guess other ROMs may have different style of naming these files.
So what I did, the updater-script is updated to delete the old files and replace with the new modded files. Tested on both OrDroid and ARHD... it works without a need to manually delete the original files.
The updated files uploaded on OP.. same link.
