I've looked in the settings for the keyboard and unless I missed it I just couldn't find anything about it. Thanks

If you don't like it, try another keyboard that doesn't have that option.

The Project AOSP ROM almost has that. The settings button is where that is, but directly to the left of it is the clear all button.

Did it stop working after using CM11 for a while? Did it work on stock? It could be a hardware problem. The softkeys (Nexus-styled buttons) what do you mean by failed?

Seems like a software problem.
Do you use GravityBox? If so, uninstall it and see if it helps... you might need a clean reinstall of CM11---that means you have to wipe /system first, but you don't have to wipe /data.
My home botton is not working but when I press it hadly it start functioning after 1min.
