Decompile the framework.jar from SuPrimo and whatever sense rom youre using and take the soundfx folder from the media folder of the SuPrimo framework and replace the soundfx folder in the sense rom you want it in. Then recompile and push to your device. Then take the HtcSoundEnhancerSetting.apk from the SuPrimo /system/app folder and push it to your device.
That's how I got it to work.

You don't have to port anything if what I understand is correct.
You're using the x3remis Sense101 and that ROM is based on my ROM myONEv RC9.0 FX+... so just get the MusicBox from HERE and flash it.
As usual make a nandroid backup before you flash any mods.
I've noticed that the WOWSRS, HTC 5.1, HTC ENHANCE only with while using native system music app, but not while using Slacker Radio... I haven't tried using Pandora yet.

all iam concerned is about the fact that when i replace the walkman player with proper permissions in system>app folder with my original player then why doesnt it work ?
i am able to install the widget, SemcMusicVisualizer.apk but it fails to install SemcMusic.apk !!

I'm using CM10 with Fusion kernel and its the best option right now for everything (my personal opinion). Its almost as good as stock GB for gaming, its stable (almost), looks so much better than Sony's software. I love it. I'm planning to flash back to stock when it gets hot outside for a camera but after holidays I'm going back to Cyanogen <3

First off let me say, I am not responsible for any damage this may cause to your phone you are flashing at YOUR OWN RISK.
that being said, this is a cooked ROM of the newest hboot on Virgin Mobile, it includes a kernel that you will need to fast boot flash.
features
deodexed
zip aligned
includes all sense 4 skins from HTC hub.
includes root browser free and go backup.
I may update this ROM if I feel the need, of course it would only be to add widgets and HTC apps from my old wildfire s that can't be found here.
only use if you are stuck on the newest hboot, my sister and I have both tested it and she's been using it for the past month.
IMPORTANT UPDATE
I had trouble uploading the complete but I have added a kernel download that should boot any sense backup or rom based on stock. remember to flash at your own risk.
if you wanna report bugs or anything feel free.

demi_fiend.... I'm not sure if this information is worth posting a new thread so I'm posting it here.
I personally am on the updated hboot1.57 and radio .0928.
I have also personally tested all Sense ROMs in the CDMA thread with the OTA hboot and radio.
This is my conclusion.
THEY ALL WORK!!!.
All you have to do is keep the original ( stock ) kernel. DO NOT FASTBOOT FLASH..... Everything works except WiFi.
Here's how to fix that. Make a copy of the WiFi modules in your stock ROM. You can find them in /system/lib/modules.
Save the copy some where on your sdcard. Now pick the SENCE ROM of your liking and flash it in recovery. Boot the ROM and install a root explorer of your choice. Now open the root explorer, find the modules and copy them, carry them to /system/lib/modules and paste. Now refresh the page where you paysted them and set the permissions to rw-r-r- on all 4 the modules that you pasted and reboot.
Now every thing in the SENSE ROM that you flashed should work just like it would on the old radio
Only thing that you can't do is over clock
Because of the stock kernel.
Hopefully this helps the guys/girls now on the OTA updated hboot and radio

Simon posted a kernel in this thread that supports the new hboot+radio and I assume/hope also would support overclocking. The one he posted is for AOSP-based ROMs, but I have updated it per his instructions so that it should work with Sense-based ones. Only thing I am unsure of at the moment is what modules would be needed (stock ones from the RUU or the ones from the old Sick v0.6 file). If I can find that out I can upload a zip that would have the updated kernel and flash the modules in recovery.
I'm sure you would need modules from the OTA stock ROM . Not the ones from the older radio.
There is no RUU for the OTA hboot/radio.
I have the modules if you would like a copy

Yeah I just noticed I missed the "patch" folder when checking for updates to them in the FOTA zip file :silly:
Well here's the updated boot.img if you wanna give it a shot. It is currently untested so I would highly recommend having a backup of a known working one on standby.
EDIT: Removed as WiFi isn't working.

Well that sucks. Now I wonder if there's a difference in the RAMDISK used? I used the one from boot.img in the FOTA with the new hboot, but I wonder if I use the one from Simon's v0.6 it would yield a different result.

Ok got a new attempt. I am not sure if all 4 of the module files are needed or just the 1 that I have. I included the module inside the kernel ramdisk so you might (hopefully) not need to copy the modules. However, in case you do, I have the module attached in a flashable zip. Let me know your results and if you had to copy any (or all) of the modules.
Got them........ Will test today....there is a big difference in size. The stock OTA boot img is 4.0mb and the one downloaded is 2.9mb..... Don't know if it makes a difference. But I will try once I get to a computer @ work
So a lot of people seem to have installed the AOSP lockscreen on a Sense rom and been unable to get widgets to work.
So the reason lock screen widgets don't work is google first makes sure you went through the setup process. If you haven't it only lets you unlock the device. While you can decompile some apk's and set the variables manually, the easiest way to do it is to install a SetupWizardTestAcitivty and just run through it (it should only ask for your name as the sense setup does everything else).
I've attatched a signed version so you can just install it like any other apk and then either from adb shell or a terminal app type
Code:
am start -n com.google.android.setupwizard/.SetupWizardTestActivity;
Go through the setup (should only ask you for your name really) and then you can enable widgets
Feel free to message me or post if you have any questions on it.
If your ROM already has a setupwizard.apk in /system/app just run the command given. Don't delete it and install the one in this post.

You have to first install and have a working stock lock screen minus the widgets/camera.
I've just tried it and it's working. Awesome! Thx!
Where can we get a flashable stock lock screen to use with this?

is there a way to get the AOSP lockscreen on other ROMs such as Android Revolution HD?
I removed the HTCLockscreen.apk to AOSP lockscreen (I believe that worked atleast). Now after installing the setupwizard.apk and setting superuser permissions in terminal and running the command, I get an immediate error saying that 'setupwizard has stopped'. Any ideas?

Ok I got it working myself on Android Revolution HD 11.5.
To get AOSP lockscreen, just delete HTCLockscreen.apk in /System/apps/. Make sure you have the right permissions to do this. Then reboot and you have the lockscreen!
I got a new question myself. It's quite cumbersome to extend the widget manually every time I see my lockscreen. Is there a way to extend the widget automatically to full screen?

How did you do it? I am on ARHD 11.5 and I have deleted the HTC Lockscreen and have the AOSP one but when I try and type that command into terminal I get an error about needing to be user -2 and I'm user 0 or something. The apk won't install as it says I have a version already installed.

It seems ARHD might already have setupwizard installed (or something with the same name?). Try running su + the command. Or alternatively deleting the current version (it's probably in /system/app/) and then installing the one in the first post.
I've started to port Sense 4.1 lite from HTC Desire X 1.18.401.1 to our phone. I've been following this guide to port it, but when booting I always get a blackscreen and it doesn't do anything =/. I don't know of a guide. Its pretty self explanatory in Rom Kitchen using its porting tool. Maybe I could give it a try and upload a base for you.

I'm going to try using the kitchen porter.. just downloaded the master from github, just waiting for 1.18.401.1 from DX to finish downloading.
Delete- figured it out!
I used the android kitchen to port it, I can't get it to boot now. Does anyone have any ideas? (Sorry for all the double posts ._.)

Yeah I've been trying without luck as well. It probably has to do with different screen size, symlinks and or 4.03 as base. Ill mess around for a bit. I'm not sure if your just trying to get 4.04. I managed to port Desire S 4.0.4 but it was slow and the camera didn't work as I said.

I got http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2006392 working. For myself. Thats the one I had problems with though. You need to gut a lot of stuff out of it. And I don't know if he would allow public porting or not. If you want help we could do it together. I still have a booting rom from that. I know a bit more now so I think I could do it better.

Yeah, I've also got my own method of porting that doesn't require a lot of gutting and produces a working ROM. It just doesn't work for Desire X sense ports..

uhhh this zip only contains a Ds.apk and a dolby config which is the stock file of M9's BoomSound presets :s am I missing something here?
why do you use/took xposed framework installer and just added some files into it, which even won't really flash properly..

New Update Changelog: 8/24/2016
Added HiFi Audio libs x64 and sound effects
Has anyone flashed it yet?
didn't tried yet, but since this needs sense rom, you need to edit the HTC_audio_effects.conf in /system/etc/ not the audio_effects. where did you take the libs from?
@ZeroInfinity please take a look
New updated made more fixes boomsound setting and presets works like a charm now. Backup if some settings are broken from your rom send your build.prop for a fix :good:

Have you even tried it yet?? Or are you hoping every 1else will
Æaa \../
it breaks audio on htc music player and kills boomsound on ICE10 port.
and why you put a complete build.prop inside the zip, instead of making a script which changes only th things it needs.
