Have a browse through the home screens that users have posted. There's some great widgets and layouts on there.

I've got pretty basic stuff like Weather Eye, Poweramp, Power Controls, Battery Widget Reborn, and the Any.do widget.

Thanks a lot for the link! I bought two N7s for my twins and that's gonna be extremely helpful for the customizing I have in mind.
Very appreciated!

The search function here works well too. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1854278&highlight=widgets
Poweramp (many different sizes available), alongside Beyond Pod and TuneIn Pro. Nice minimal widgets.

Even better, get the hd beta version available only to the xda members, not available on the market, search for UCCW 2.0 right in these forums.

You ever have issues when trying to post a pic or screen shot through xda?? When choosing "tapatalk hosted" instead of "this forum" it always gives an error message and the image won't load.. But if I choose "this forum" the image loads.. Weird

You need to buy Tapatalk app first, then pay for unlimited picture uploading(original size). It's about 3-4$, don't remember. But I like that feature. Alternative way: you can upload tiny pictures with horrible resolution by XDA forum app, or use your laptop/desktop and picture hosting server for nice quality.

Try enabling "force GPU rendering" in developer options then reboot, seems to help.
I just downloaded the tapatalk HD straight from the play store. Weird it worked for me. Using paranoid android ROM if it makes a different set at phablet ui

None really. Did take a little while to get used to the new interface but it's pretty snappy. Using it primarily in landscape mode. One thing that is weird is that if you were in a thread and read all the new posts, and back out to the treads section and refreshed and see that that aforementioned thread has new posts, you would still need to refresh again once you click into the thread. Hope that makes sense. Just basically I think the new posts should already be loaded instead of having to click refresh once inside the thread again.
Forumrunner is pretty good.

Hey, don't know if anyone came across this yet but its definitely pretty cool. Lacks the cards I love about Google now but it seems to be just as on point with the info, fast over data, and the in app functions all seem to work pretty nice. Kind of like Now with the flair of Siri. Much better than any of the others I've tried, maybe the only one that could keep me from using Now.

I'm Italian and this app isn't available in playstore!
Not available in Sweden either.
It appears that it's only available in Spain (and MAYBE some other spanish-speaking countries like Argentina, Chile etc) and US.
What a shame...
I could be wrong though.

Saw this on Android Police and I love it so far. If you used the spen board switcher and it was always finicky with the Samsung keyboard, you won't have that problem with this. Plus the gestures and such work a lot better. Editing a sentence works a lot better too since you can scroll through your whole input stream.
Enjoy!

Yes but I personally find the TW keyboard to be absolutely horrendous and non-dpi change friendly. After using this keyboard (and Touchpal) I don't want to be anywhere near the stock tw keyboard haha
Thanks. Iwas looking for something like this. How do I set it up so it activates only when I pull my stylus out?

i just can't get the keyboard to change automatically. i read somewhere that the at&t phones have this issue! I installed CM S Pen Add-on and Notebuddy also. Set default to AOSP keyboard and alternative to MyScript Stylus. In SPenBoard Switcher, the setting is fixed. the custom apps launch with notebuddy, but I don't want MyScript Stylus keyboard options, I need the keyboard to change automatically based on my stylus status. I am just about to give up and manually switch keyboards! But this app is great though.
i just use tasker to switch my keyboard based on the application open... it works great for me.
