Right! Google XDA for LMT launcher and you can install the apk manually. Works like a charm.

Anyone can put Pie on any device and any ROM they want. Go to the Play Store and search for "Pie Control" or here is the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jun.ace.piecontrol
Looks slightly different due to the clock, but it is free and highly customizable. This is what it looks like on my Nex7 running CM10.1. Next pic is on my S3 running Tasks latest ROM.

How can we adjust the location of the icon.. some of the icons go over the edge lol

These color settings I found in this forum some where.
I can't find the exact post now.

Still does not play nice with 3rd party launchers. I remember some lame bug on it, plus the fact it hasn't been updated since then.
I'm also using holo locker at the moment i'm currently on wanamlite 3.8 but would rather have the JB lockscreen so have resorted to using holo locker for the moment until i ca find a way of flashing the lock screen if its even possible???
Holo Locker has a few bugs which iritate me when ever i close the screen down you get the standard lock sound which it then does again a couple of seconds later

I am currently using Omega v33.1. But I badly miss the original jellybean lockscreen that came with parandroid rom which I tried not so long ago. I will keep searching for this on XDA as well as Google (just a noob expression I'm afraid). Hopefully I will find some mod which modifies some system files to achieve this. I have tried widget locker from play but experienced some irritating bugs.
BTW could anyone please guide me how to request some developer to build this or at least discuss is it possible at all.
Cheers.
I tried holo locker from play store. Pretty descent with no apparent bugs or fc. But sadly it isn't compatible with juicedefender. Prevents auto disable of data/wifi while screen is off.

LMT was pretty good, but I felt like the customization options on this app was more user friendly.... and doesn't require root.
Personally, I keep my on screen buttons most of the time, and when I use expanded desktop, I use Cyanogen's Pie.

Halo/PIE/Torch possible on sense?

Hey all, it's my understanding that Halo and PIE are built to work on AOSP based roms. I would love to go back to the stability and bonus features of sense, but having to have the menu button eyesore at the bottom of most apps is a deal-breaker. Is there any possibility of getting these addons working on a sense based rom? If not, are there any apps with similar features that can be used with sense?
I would also like to add a torch option on the quick settings menu if that could be done. I realize I can download a flashlight app, but I have been spoiled with having quick access to it on iOS 7 and AOSP.
Flash bonestock. It has a torch toggle, and also go to settings, display, and check "longpress home for menu"

Floating Notifications is an app that is as close as you can get to Halo. There is a free trial period for about 30 days.
As far as pie control, I think there is a launcher called LMT Launcher in the play store that has a pie-like fixture.

LMT launcher works, but it's not in the play store. it's on XDA though. just search for it.
pie control (which is in the play store) works as well, just not as neat as LMT.
sometimes, though, with LMT, it takes a few tries to get an app to start. it's annoying. if pie control showed the time and other notifications like LMT does, it'd be so much better.
Both of these look good. Do they allow you to disable the stock menu button?

Do you mean the three dots button? You can install a custom rom to do that or xposed has several modules that let you do that. Try Sense 5 Toolbox module.

technically yes, they can be ported, for example IHTFP69 ported HALO to TW on Samsung. No one said it could be done, he is a genius.

Replying here instead of in your thread in case anyone else is searching for this answer.
I am loving the rom so far, but I have two questions. The menu bar is gone almost everywhere, but it's still present in dolphin browser. Is there any way to fix that? It doesn't show at all on AOSP. LMT launcher is every bit as good as pie and the menu button being there prevents it from working properly.
I also don't seem to have a torch/flashlight widget in the quick settings. There is an app though which I can make work for me if there's no way to get it in quick settings. Just a minor personal preference.
Sent from my HTC6500LVW using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I got the menu bar removed by changing a setting under display and gestures. It has the unfortunate side effect of making a long press on the home key open the menu as well, but it's still better than the always-present menu button.

[Q] Resize widgets with stock launcher

Is there any way to resize any widget like CM does with the stock launcher w/Xposed and Gravitybox?
You can resize widgets without any app/hack/whatever on stock launcher on Android.
Just hold the widget and you should be able to resize it by puhing the sides or the top/bottom frames.

That's a negative.
For example, the Pandora widget can be stretched the full width of the screen in CM. I can't do it on the stock launcher.
I'm running 4.4.2 btw.

Yes. The latest version of Gravity Box allows you to resize ANY widget. I've done this with a couple (like sound search widget) that can't normally be resized. :victory:

By looking at the colors of your icons on top, I take it you don't have KitKat on your N7? Maybe Android 4.3? If so, it looks like you have the wrong version of Gravity Box. You need the one with JB at the end (for Jelly Bean) and not the one with KK (for KitKat). That could be why. I'm on 4.4.2 on my N5 and N7, and both have Launcher Tweaks under where it says Media Tweaks.

Oh. My bad. I always think of the Google Now Launcher as the stock launcher since it's stock on my N5, and also installed on my N7. I think it may only work with the Google Now Launcher. I would think that it would still give you the option to change it, and just not change anything if it weren't compatible. Sorry. I feel like I foolishly got your hopes up. Most widgets you can re size but there are still a lot you can't and would need some sort of launcher like nova to resize everything
