Why wouldn't you just use flashtool then it would work perfect

I have a locked bootloader -_- so i cant root afterwards
Everytime the phone boots after I root it gets stuck at setup screen(but not showing anything!) I can pull down the notification and go into provider settings but that's it.
I'ved tried SuperOneClick and zergrush via CMD and still nothing. Tried all .ftfs I have (.42,.58 and .62) enabled both Unknown Sources and USB Debugging.
What I am doing wrong? This is the first time I've encountered this and I've been flashing for a couple of months now.
What ROM did you flash?
I had a similar problem with one of the ICS roms

Hmmm I'm stumped.
I fixed mine with a kernel change. Maybe that could be your savior

When I turn wifi on I cannot connect to any network, and when I go to turn on wifi it just says "error". The weird thing though is that I am running complete stock rom (rooted), but I have not installed the update from early April. If anyone knows how I can fix this please let me know. (This might push me to flash ics if I can't fix it)
Install CWM and flash HoNo's ICS. It actually has far fewer bugs than stock (for me ).

im thinking of flashing a different kernel on it but do you guys think it will help??
thanks in advance..
I am getting a weird problem, that when I go to Stock Recovery, I can scroll upto the screen size. But when I try to scroll below the screen size, it ain't scrolling.
But it is working flawlessly in CWM.
Any ideas ?
btw, I use Repencis 3.5
It's the problem in the stock recovery Itself. Just place only the zip to be flashed on root. Move the rest to a folder.

I dont run the script but i do wipe internal sd data cache system and pre partitions. I have also tried various recoveries and still happens, its somehow kernel related, it always happens with latest perseus, but today it happened with sotmax and neak kernel, once i had it working i reflashed sotmax again with neak (full wipe) and camera failed. Again i can easily fix this by flashin stock or older perseus reboot to system check the camera and then flash what i want

Hmm...really no idea since im not the pro.
Why dont you try to reflash stock rom thru pc odin and see what happen? If the problem still exists then you can claim your warranty.
