Jellyverse v3 allowed me to get picture mail from the .zip file provided in the MMS fix thread for metropcs....
Now I have upgraded to Jv1.0 and I have flashed all of the MMS fix and still no Pic mail....
what could the problem be?
You may need to change your mmsc url. I know that's what I have to do since I'm on a boost variant. There's threads to talk you through that if you don't know. Hope it helps!

Yes you need your stock MMS.apk , Sounds Like your on cricket? Either way this should direct you in right spot http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=762756
Are you on WiFi? mms over WiFi is a known issue. Try turning off WiFi and sending over 3G only.

Open you dialer and type in this code ##3282##
It may not work but if it does hit veiw mode and go in there and look at all your settings. Go in advanced and look for mms server and type in
http//mms.text.com/servlets/mms
If you can't get in there we will try something else

Sorry for this noob question but how do u push it?
I know there was a thread on this before, but for some reason I can't find it. Currently I'm using Frosty JB V1 and I know it's not the rom issue it's a general issue.
When I receive MMS from people it shows the picture like it's a video but it's obviously just a picture. Can someone direct me to the thread that has the resolution for this?
Thanks!
That how tmobile handle mms I believe, I use go sms and I don't get the issue

Correct. It's how the stock app works for whatever reason. Go SMS doesn't have that issue.
So this is a problem I've had for a while now. I can't send or receive picture messages. When I try to send a picture it just stays on sending, but the picture never actually sends. When someone sends me a picture it gives me the option to download (whether my settings are set to auto retrieve or not) and when I click on download it just hangs there. I've tried sending a picture to myself and that works fine. Right now I'm on the Jedi Knight V3 ROM, but I've had this problem on Darkside Evolution, AOKP, and even stock 4.0.4 rooted. Please help!!!

Is your APN set correctly? I don't have any reason to believe it's not, but usually MMS problems have to do with APNs.
Search for "Samsung fix"

Hmm bummer man. Ive used 3 of the 4 ROMS you listed, and on one of them I had to do these steps to get it to work, the other 2 it worked out of the box. Im out of ideas.
Whos your carrier? If its Tmobile or simple mobile, wipe both proxies in your APN setup. Also when you receive or send MMS make sure your WIFI is OFF not on...
I had the same issue, thats what helped me out

Flashed successfully last week, rooted now and running CM10 with ParanoidAndroid 2.54. Talk, SMS, Web, Wi-Fi, Bluethooth, pretty much everything but MMS. I installed APN Backup - Restore, used TB Pro and added as system app.
Backed up current APN list, downloaded and edited to what I have found on the interwebz as the correct APN settings for Verizon, copied back to device and restored through APN Backup and Restore, no errors or issues. Reboot, sent test MMS, nadda, zip, zilch. Message is stuck "Sending..." forever..
I know about GO SMS, however all it does is send a hyperlink of the image to the recipient to go fetch the attachment, which I can pretty much do with DropBox and enable camera uploads..
Did I search the fourms? Yes I friggin did! If anyone out there can point me to the right file, APN list, anything ... I would appreciate it :good:

What would be the reason why I cant send mms on a custom rom 4.3. What can I do to fix that.
p.s. I am able to receive pictures but cant send
What app are you using to send and are you on WiFi calling?

Please only ask your question once. Ive seen it elsewhere already. Thanks!
Are you able to send mms on full stock firmware? May be an apn issue. You should probably consult the rom thread. Its pretty new so others may not have tested or noticed this yet.
