Maybe a more thorough change log is available somewhere, but I haven't seen it. So I'm just gonna start a thread for folks to post any goodies they find.
So here's what I've noticed:
Updated boot screen
Notification panel options (including ability to customize settings toggles!)
Smart stay/rotation icon per persists on bar (now changes to white when software is triggered)
S-pen hover over folders on TW home screens gives fan out animation preview
Any more?
Served up by the TMo Note 2
We can now use the volume buttons as a shutter or zoom control for the camera.
There's new options in the camera for hdr mode
Also noticed the swipe screen EFFECT is gone when taking a screen shot

Also in gallery there's a new photo frame feature where you can now write on the front of a picture, instead of just the back

You can now open and close the multi window tray by long pressing the back button, this causes the little blue tab to be hidden so you don't have to see it all the time.

That's been possible... I stumbled upon that a few weeks ago

I have been wanting it since I had Droid Charge, and I could install TW4.5 ( which is a moved version of TW4) and it does rotate home screen, but its very buggy also breaks Motion sensing in ET4G.

Go purchase Launcher Pro Plus from the Market. Your screen will Rotate, Bounce, Flip or whatever you want it to do.
Obviously, in the future make sure to post in the appropriate sub-forum.

Not really..... It's annoying having the homepage rotate every time you pick up the phone.

Hello all I just installed the official yakju jellybean update and my notification center does not have a smooth gradient at the part where the top joins the rest (unlike all the videos I have seen) :

Is this normal? :/
Its not very clear in the screen shot but the part where the top joins the rest of it has a purple part about halfway through the time (going downwards)

"Power controls". It's free in the play store, and its worked flawlessly on every JB ROM so far.

From a desktop computer I don't see the purple at all. Maybe you just have the purple tinted screen? I do, and very very dark greys come out looking purple.
Coming from a GSII I immediately realized that I didn't like not having a dedicated search key. I found this app that puts a hidden soft home key toggle on your screen anywhere you are in the phone. Now I can easily access in app search and voice search. The basic app is free and requires root. The on screen buttons have different themes too. Thought some might find this useful.

I'm running CM10 and there's the option to edit hard keys but there's no menu long press action by default. My menu long press is set to the in app search but I'm running a Jelly Bean rom and want to use the Voice Search function anytime I want. So I had to choose between the in app search or voice search. Until I found this app which made it much easier to have them both and more. And some custom roms don't have the function to remap the hard keys.

I have a question. I tested screenshot capture with my friends, and both of us are using Note II (3G version).
In 1st screenshot, you can see his capture pic has shortcut functions - Delete / Edit / Share
In 2nd screenshot, you can see my capture pic has no shortcut functions.
The question is, how do I have the shortcut functuons visible again please? Thanks.

Irrespective of where the screen shot notification is placed..jst put 2 fingers on the screenshot captured notification and pull it down. It will stretch out to show u the preview as well as delete edit and share options. These expandable notifications are an added feature in jelly bean over ics.

Anyone know if theres a mod available to have the homescreen transition from the galaxy s3? the one available as stock is kinda simple and boring now.

Go to /system/csc/feature.xml and open it with text editor, under launcher you'll see the tilt effect and change it to false, save and reboot.

That's all? I just did that and I'm not sure if I notice a difference. I guess it's just ever so slight of a change that I don't see it.

Re: GS3 home screen transistion??
Are you guys talking about the same transitions that the op is referring to.??
He refers to when you swipe across the screen you see what looks like a ghost page turning into the screen page.
Almost looks like something you see with goLauncher.
