I do all of the steps by the rom doesnt boot.

I don't think stock launcher will work in cm10.1
Anyways try by pushing seclauncher2.apk to system/app and set correct permission

the stock launcher which u uploaded is 5....mb.. bit in my grand its jst 3.6mb

You can push it to system/app and reboot. Photosphere FC with cm10.1
