Anyone know where to find the asop gingerbread Calender and mms apks? Don't like touchwiz Calender or iPhone messaging. Update.zip would be nice
Hey guys I am wondering if anyone has went to the nightly builds of CM9 and if so does the SMS app in CM9 for the SIII support emoji's. It seems like a stupid question but I don't want to go to a third party SMS app but I want emoji support does anyone else know of a way to do this. Note: I will not go to the system font way I want full emoji support.

I've searched everywhere but I didn't find it. Can someone make MMS app for stock Jelly Bean rom with Holo design that has that SMS to MMS convert disabled when message is over 160char?
Do you mean have it auto split or just plain stop at 160? The stock messaging app (odexed) for the Sprint Galaxy Nexus, build JRO03U, does not convert, but also does not auto split. It just stops at 160 characters. If you want it to auto split, I'm looking for the same thing, stock odexed.

Yeah, that's the thing I want. I don't want to install any other rom because stock is great, but I also don't want to install crapware like GO SMS Pro.

this is a new MMS apk which allow using emoji like on iPhone, WhatsApp, etc.
there is any chance to make this work somehow on our S2 ?
Is there a fully functioning AOSP MMS.apk floating around with features like group messaging, emoji and mms picture messaging? The mms.apks I have found have features that are missing or just don't work. Thanks in advance.
