Okkay so as a title says I need some help cuz Im making a rom which has Xperia Z ui and base cm10.1 by Olddroid but i have some questions:
1.Im using a Xperia Z theme on my ROM but will the theme be automatically applied when users download and install my rom?
2.There are some ram issues max free ram is 110MB is this normal?

My way is to extract the theme (apk file) directly from the rom. Then copy and paste to the new rom (with permission fixed) for use.

Just download them and install them as regular .apk files n check in your theme chooser for it.... there you can select and apply it.

Good morning friends.I own the Xperia s and on the stock rom I had a some redraws on launcher just after using instagram or browser.so I rooted my phone,unlocked bootloader and installed a custom rom (leopard X rom).but I still have redraws...any way to fix that somehow?

use xposed framework and app settings ..
search for both apks.
open app settings and select home and mark it as resident.. so that it ll always be in memory.

Yes but as far as you have free ram... bcos they will always be in memory..
i mainly use it for 2 to 3 apps atmost..
