Liquid smooth is AOSP and the feature you asking about is CM feature. So you'll never see that on AOSP..

MY MAXIS is a Mobile Carrier name in Malaysia, if you want to change that NAME, use Xposed Framework and install XBlast Tools, alot of customizations!
