SlimBean is an AOSP source built ROM (ie. not a mod of any sense based ROM), it's minimal, it's superfast and mostly bugfree.
This is my first ported rom for lg p350 and thanks for that keyur2maru for his helpfull guide for port rom, and also popdog for this rom for p500!

Instructions
First time installing SlimBean to your Opimus Me P350, or coming from another ROM:
1. Root the Phone and Install CWM Recovery 5 or 6 or amonra
2. Download the latest rom from the thread
3. Hold down VOL DOWN + HOME + POWER keys to enter recovery
4. Perform a Nandroid backup of your current ROM.[Optional]
5. MAKE FULL WIPE : format system,boot,dalivk,cache,data [Important to Avoid new bugs]
6. FLASH ROM ZIP
7. Flash GAPPS
8. Reboot phone
9. After reboot and first setup a second reboot required!
Recommandations
Don't change CPU freq over 729-748 mhz
PERFORMANCE: Memory Management: zRAm: 28%, KSM: enable governor: ondemand-interactive
IF ANIMATIONS ARE OFF GO TO DEVELOPERS OPTIONS AND ENABLE THEM (ARE VERY COOL)
ALSO THIS ROM HAVE ALL LAUNGUAGES AND HAVE 60-90MB FREE RAM
Known LITTLE bugs:
1)If wifi not work reflash the kernel from here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yp8cigig05...2013_23-03.zip
2)If you turn off your phone to boot again you need to boot recovery and wipe cache and dalvic cache otherwise you will get stuck on pinguin (sometimes)
3)If lock screen get stuck lock again your phone and then unlock it again

Wi-Fi not working for me
i have some problems:
wifi don't work
home button don;t work
no keyboard to input text !!!
It's very difficult to unlock because it doesn't show the lockscreen... and also there's no keyboard when I try to put my SIM pin

Everything, data, cache,dalvic cache and battery stats and tell if the problems fixed.. if not i will checkmy rom again...
Still wifi, lockscreen bugs now... about the keyboard I went to setting-language and input- pressed on "default" and turned off the Hardware option

not working.
lot of FCs on android start, can't do anything, just OK button. Also, boot animation is not Desire HD but HTC One.
Does the kernel flashes during ROM flashing or needs to be flashed separately. If so, which one should be flashed, couse I had titanium 1.5ghz version before the flash.

you could probably help them by doing a logcat so they can see what the problems are

have you got the drivers installed from htc sync? also
are you able to get to settings > developer settings > enable usb debugging
also do it on boot the instant you see the bootscreen
logcat isnt needed anymore. we fixed the FC's issues ;-)

i cannot turn on usb debugging because i cannot do anything but pressing OK button on FC message. even Sense is not loaded. i just see background image and notification bar wich doesn't response to touch

Can you try flashing titanium kernel?
i have titanium #3 kernel flashed (1.5ghz version). didn't try kernels from your zip file

can you try the kernel from the zip then? because i think this is being caused of modules that arent compatible
which one? there are two boot.img in kernel folder

Installation Instructions:
wipe data,format system,wipe cache and dalvik cache
Install Rom https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B-NPErilnJ2VZ0ROTFUwOGZjWms/edit (please use only cm9 recovery,touch clockworkmod recovery or twrp recovery)

Wipe cache,wipe data and dalvik cache.
CWM -> Advanced -> Fix Permissions (VERY IMPORTANT STEP)**
Please keep minimum frequency to 122 mhz. and change the governor to ondemand. also keep the maximum frquency at 1.2-1.4 ghz. At night please switch of data and/or wifi, since you won't be needing it at night.
NOTE: **VERY IMPORTANT**

it seems the signal don't show up, no service at all. it crash every single time because I thought the error related to signal coverage/signal searching

I have used alidsd's aokp port for a while. Then he discontinued it, when the camera was fixed I decided to compile latest aokp with arco's configs. Now it works as it needs to, so I share it.
INSTALL THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

First of all what is the spec of your machine I mean your computer? Do you use linux or windows? (For rom developing the best is native linux, windows can't be used for compiling)

Yep I did the Super wipe for this device (with the main super wipe binary at my disposal. Thanks to the binary original author)

We have some things in common I'm 14 years old to and with excellent knowledge about androids
Shame i don't have a Wildfire "S" though, I only have the HTC buzz... Going to get this device soon!

bro screenshots are not really needed "it isn't too much modded" the first build is really similar to Jdevs build
maybe after an update cool features will be added so screenshots will be needed

You can port it, although wifi doesn't seem to work on 4.2.2 on the htc buzz
So go on, although you can also try and fix the issues if your that good
I'll try to fix some issues.
Also another thing, you can use a stable cm10.1 stable as base and then port it, hopefully everything will work out all right!

Outlook and bugs CM 11 M8 is stock themed and it has less bugs since it has somehow as clear code as this ROM.
