The closest I have seen are just apps with shortcuts like the sidebar app. It isn't multi-window exactly but it does go on top of whatever app you have open. I would like to see a true multi-window rom as well, I would like to be able to watch YouTube while I do other things.

My actual rom have slide bar and shoircuts but when i drag an icon to screen its open whole app

Download live wallpaper from play store by wasabi.. Then assign your lock screen with that lwp.. I don't use lwp as it will drain the battery.

theres an app called waterize live wallpaper that gives the effect your looking for. try out the free version first and see if you like it.https://play.google.com/store/apps/...yb2lkLmxpdmV3YWxscGFwZXJzLndhdGVyaXplbGl0ZSJd

JMT has the wallpaper but not the ripple effect. Its close but if you wanted the exact effect then no cigar. Best bet would be to use it in conjunction with the app mentioned above.
Nice

Thanks for this info. I was able to add the nav bar using the suggested build.prop language. But, am I able to change the buttons, i.e. instead of the recent apps button, i would prefer a menu button. If there's flashable zip somewhere, I haven't been able to find it. I am on FreeGS3v2.0. THanks.
I would like to change buttons also....i have noticed the .png images in framework-res.apk for the other butttons but not sure how to change them
If only the icons weren't so big and not take half of my screen. Also it has that nasty gray :/

Yeah I wish the soft keys were smaller and maybe better looking like an ics blue color.
Sent from my SGH-T999 using xda premium
I don't mind the look or size, just want the ability to customize what buttons are shown. Might switch back to aosp just for this.

Mine shows no option for emojis unfortunately, just smilies. I know In aosp roms, all you have to do is scroll down to the bottom of settings, but that option is not shown. Would flashing the 6.6 update from the skyrocket thread affect it? Sorry for the bothersome question.

I kinda dont get the point of them. I turned them on on my AOKP rom, but they dont show up on 3 people's messenging app I tried...2 are on ICS 1 is on GB. I just turned it off at that point.

Starting android 4.1 they began including emojis system wide. Black and white ones. There isn't a button to insert emoji on the stock messaging all but they do show up system wide. All you need to do is install an emoji keyboard and you should be set. I recommend Kii keyboard. Its a great customizable keyboard.

Yeah I use them just for friends that have either iPhones or jellybean devices. No ICS ROM works unless you push some files. Theres a mod floating somewhere with these files.

I prefer the touchwiz multiwindow over halo but in short Halo just gives you the ability to open up apps or preassigned apps on top of other running tasks in a small Window and also give you app notifications. It's not an installable app and is built into the rom.
