I can't! The person was telling me that it can't be fixed! (btw I can directly remove the screen .. but when I place it back it still doesn't work)

It can be fixed.....let them sent you another phone then. Don't take no for an answer !
Warranty = warranty ...... This is unacceptable !
I will try my best ..

I just thought that there was an easy fix for me to do at home ..I'm guessing there is no fix I can do...

If you're rooted, disable button backlight.
Otherwise grab some tar and stick it in that little gap.

I know, but I modified it so there was a dock background. And I know it's Muse.

If you added this to your build.prop
Code:
rild.libpath=/system/lib/librilswitch.so
Have you checked to see if librilswitch.so exists in /system/lib ?
Hi.
I've been trying to get my HTC One X repaired, but got an email from the workshop saying they wouldn't repair it because they think that I have opened the phone up. They cite the following image:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
That the foil is crumpled is supposed to mean that the phone has been taken apart. I know for a fact that I have never opened up the phone, so I'm wondering if anyone here knows if it is possible for this to happen without the phone having been opened?
Any replies would be much appreciated!
Well is it brand new or second hand?

It was bought new around 1.5 years ago.
Maybe the heat the device sometimew makes expanded the foil. Use thqt as argument. If they don't accept it id contact HTC

This is what my camera shows before a force close after about 15 secs. Do you reckon this is hardware or software? Is there a way to uninstall/reinstall the stock camera. I'm unrooted and on stock.

Make a factory reset, backup all you need.
If that don't help, it's hardware 99%
Well a factory reset didn't work. So I hit it off table a few times and it's now working perfectly.

Like i said, it's hardware problem, maybe connection is bad, so you forced it to connect
