Recently desire to acquire from an htc is my first so I still walk on htc desire will adapt to that someone could help me where to put the best applications or necessary and if there is any compatible navigation system without having to always use the Internet as the tomtom or something and tips for this model since I'm only now and enter the world of htc

I buy HTC Desire for my girlfrinds birthday (it starts for 10 hours) and I have big problem.
On it was Android 2.2.
I download offical RUU HTC Desire 2.3 from htc develop site and start upgrading them...
Everything was ok until 90 % of process...
Updating stop and application show Error 152... - Rom not OK...
On my phone show "Partiotion fail or sometning like that..
After that i cant go in the boot (volume down + PWR don work)...
On my screen i can sow omly HTC sign and 4 small sign in the corners...
I try everything and i cant do anything....
Please help me !!!!
