No. It will not. "Kernel .65" is just the kernel version. This is a sense kernel meaning it can only be used on sense.
In fact, this kernel is junk700 and I have to give up, will not update this kernel, we are now in the development of the 3.058 kernel
The file size is 0 bytes. Can you take a look at this and fix it if possible?

Just like the other thread, Im going to have to close this one down. If the owner/creator of the kernel wants to make a thread and maintain the kernel he can. Also, no source was provided and is against the GPL.
If the OP wants to PM me and work something out he can, but we will need the source posted and made sure that the kernel will get maintained on a regular basis.

crawlingcity, does your build load the wifi module to ram? The patched kernel in the clk thread may be copying the module to the wrong folder.
Did that and it was still broke which kernel?

push the modules manually, for me, it was working out of the box. check the md5 hash.

Craw dog is an confused.. what is different with this build over the one already out and why did you release 2.5 I thought you were past that..?ETA on 3.1???
Its been so long since I used adb. Could you give me some instructions or point me somewhere? Push the modules with adb? Any command line clues?

So I have tried this without the kernel. With both kernels on the thread and it just wont do anything but scanloop on the wifi I don't pay for data considering I am home 90 percent of the time. Its really to bad because CLK is what I am staying with and it would be nice to find a kernel that made this wifi work. Anybody? Maybe I will have more time tomorrow.

well i did a nandroid from cwm using magldr and restored on clk but wifi doesnt work. Crawling any idea?
I can tell you I am using 2.5 cLK and wifi is fine I have not been able to get this one to work it will turn on and scan endlessly without finding anything

Can someone who has the right tools build this and post? Seems like too much of a hassle to download this for people like me who doesn't have them installed.
Also have we experienced these updates on the Galaxy Y? I mean is this just an open-source release of the firmware we have or is it something new that we need to build it ourselves and flash? Sorry got a bit confusing there.

It is kernel source not a flashable firmware or anything else. We can make changes in the source to make the kernel faster wid more features. Will try compiling it today!

For some reason your flash player app isn't working. It asks to install, hit ok, it says not installed with an x and only gives the option to close installer. I'm running frosty jellybean rom btw.

Weird, it works fine for me. Maybe try to re download it. Make sure you uninstall previous versions first.
