Hello to everybody,
First of all sorry for my english.
So about what is the tread
There is arround 10 bricked phones in Bulgarian Android Forum.Becouse we cant find where is the problem I decide to ask here.
Problem: After flashing stock test 4.3 and downgrade after back to 4.1.2 the result is --IMEI 0049 and Permanent Test Mode.
what we know until now:
Phones bought from shops for phones reported they downgrade back without issues
Phones bought from mobile operators -bricked IMEI
Flashing again 4.3 after brick do not restore IMEI

Impact on device/How I know I have corrupted EFS
When there is EFS partition is corrupted, device loses IMEI and due to this device can't gets connected to network. Baseband info also sometimes shows unknown.
-Check your IMEI in setting / by dialling *#06# if it is null OR if it starts with 0049** then IMEI is generic and corrupted. In Normal case IMEI which you can see in device setting or dialing *#06# is exactly same you can see on bill/box/sticker under battery compartment
-If you are unable to connect to network in spite of correct IMEI, chance are
A. Your device is Locked to specific Network OR
B. Your device is banned due to tempered IMEI
-If your AP,CP,CSC all are correct and even you are getting error (unknown CSC XXX) on kies update, it may be due to corrupt Product code in EFS. Read This for detail.

If you dont have efs backup then you probably need the z3x box to make repair for your imei and change it to the original one didnt test the ariza patch on this kind of problem but why not give it a shot

hello freinds i have a great proplem my t211 has no imei when dail 06 it say null also basband is unknown i uploaded a screenshiot of my proplem i flashed efs on odine its look like not suite
so i need help without box i have tried efs pro and nothing i need to remove this yellow messge and need full rom pda and modem and csc and repair imei
i trust you will help me

I battled for a long time with this same issue with my wifes S4. Tried different radios etc. Ended up takinbg it to the Samsung Care centre and they replaced thebmainboard. The efs partition was completely screwed. Warrantee should cover it and only took about 2 days in South Africa

[Q] how can I make EFS files for my Galaxy Note 2 ?

I lost EFS for my Note II. after install new update
I try to install new firmware "4.3" by Odin and after that ,
I get message " Not registered on network " ,when startup the Note2
and the Note 2 has been frozen and doesn't respond else after more trying
Sometimes phone has restart automatically .
I don't have any EFS backup
I don't have bluetooth address
Now IMEI : 004999010640000 not the original IMEI
information :
AP:N7100XXUENA1
CP:N7100XXUENA3
CSC:N7100OJVENA1
I don't know what i can do it .
I would ask you help me to repair my Note2

Before doing anything you should backup EFS. Unfortunately, EFS is unique and can't be replaced by any other.
If you have a corrupt EFS folder on your SD card, try the procedure in the link given below

If this does not work out for you, don't get into whirlpool of flashing this and that.
Send it to service center with Original bill and IMEI.

I got the same problem
I bought a refurbished n7100 ,tried call kinds of firmware which where all stock but didn't work ,
used all the research i can get online to fix it with special efs file .
Repairing the imei with the z3x ,spt ,octopus ,ns pro in all sections of imei repairs and still it ddnt work out well .
They all seem to have problem with the uart connection with the phone but with usb debug it works .
Pls help me ..

Hi guys,
days ago , I found a mini GT- i9195 s4 , I restored the phone and I put the sim , but as I imagined is blocked .
but without pin , simply does not detect the SIM , the service network is out of service.
I installed many firmware , no I detect the sim , I used "regional lock away" , " sim unlocked by spooky " , some ROM tell me IMEI " null " but I detect no sim.
I also another s4 mini identical one , I tried to change the IMEI from one to another , but I can not.
you can help me?

If you have stolen...or just found this phone , he is reported as stolen or lost by the owner ,and seem definitively hard blocked remotely (no solution!!!) ....and i don't think that there are members who help you in case of solutions ...
