Volume output boost - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

I just recently upgraded from an s2 and I used the AM Newkirk kernel and I could boost the output of the volume in the STweaks app. I am trying to see if there is anything that can do the same for the s3. I have tried several different sound mods and the volume is the same and I use my phone allot for music on my car and the volume output just isn't there the way it was with my s3. I am currently running liquid smooth with the BMS kernel. Anyone know off anything?

I recommend skipping the first prompt asking to install sony walkman, chose noozy + noozoxoide option in next prompt instead.

[Q] Has anyone gotten the Equalizer app to work?

So I've been trying to improve sound quality since a lot of my phone usage is spent listening to music at work. I downloaded the Equalizer app and it seems to randomly reboot my phone. I think it's tied to using bass booster but because it's so random I haven't been able to narrow it down yet.
Just curious if anyone has been using the app and if theirs is working.
what eq app? I'm using Google music and it has built in eq.

The stock music app already has an eq. When you are on the now playing view use the menu and there should be a sound effects option.

New app I tested that allows setting of headphone notification apps.

Not my app but just tested and works on my phone ...allows you yo customize what shortcuts are available when you plug in headphones. Root required.

Do both work when the phone isn't charging? It hasn't happened with me. Running jelly beans also.

Try a different pair of headphones, either that or your headphone jack is coming loose .
They both work when no charging ,tried different headphones and connected to my car stereo thru the jack and same problem.

Louder sound

I've used viper4android and another sound mods to help with the audio. They are great for BT or with headphones. But I don't have that as an option at work and I use my phone to stream music. I need the audio to be louder. Are there any options?

Viper has the option to make stuff louder through the phone speaker! Just open Viper with no headset plugged in and it should be on the "Phone Speaker" tab

Audioboost sgs2 its $2.70 on the play store, it will give you a 19% gain on all audio out sources including the built in speaker, I have been using it with the ac!d audio mod, great sound quality and noticeably louder
